Took my mother to the ER Friday night because she was feeling confused and disoriented, they saw her in triage for a few minutes and sent her to the waiting room, spent almost 3 hours there without seeing anyone else and not being taken back. When asked if she was going to be able to see someone they said all the beds were full and there was nothing they could do sit down and wait. We left and went to another hospital where it seemed they cared for the patients. I would not send my worst enemy to this place that has the audacity to say they are a care facility.

Went there Sunday cause I fell and did something to my knee. I was in a lot of pain. I also refused narcotics in case some people wondered because I've hurt my knee before and NSAIDS help better and they don't make me feel dizzy. I also have issues with my stomach bleeding from NSAIDS. So. This wonderful ER dr sent me home with nothing. Told me to take IBUPROFEN AND OTC TYLENOL. I'm a little shocked that the only meds they sent me home with was a stomach acid pill and zofran. So...I tried OTC tylenol and Ibuprofen 800. I also try an old prescription for Voltaren. (considering the ER did nothing) Nothing helped. I ended up back in the ER with my knee hurting on top of body aches from Pneumonia. I was given a prescription for Levaquin for the pneumonia. When I asked about pain relief for my knee the nurse said the dr did not prescribe anything.
Seriously??? I'm not even DRUG SEEKING AND CAN'T GET MEDICINE FOR PAIN. Jesus people. Will be calling about this.

My brother went to the ER several times for chest pains. They keep insisting it was anxiety and sending him home and told him to go see a psychiatrist. Well he died of a massive heart attack this past Saturday. They really don't have a clue what they were doing. Please go somewhere else.

Our birthing experience at this hospital was more than I even hoped for. The nurses and staff, the lovely woman who brought us food every day, were all the most wonderful people I've ever met! I was a previous c-section survivor with my firstborn in another state at a different hospital, and really wanted to try giving birth regularly for the sake of taking care of my family with the least amount of recovery time. I went in at 2am with painful, regular contractions and by almost 10pm, my daughter was born without surgery thanks to the miracle working team of nurses and doctors! Now after two weeks, I am nearly fully able to do everything I was capable of before I got pregnant and I do not have to take any pain killers! It was honestly one of the most exciting and satisfying experiences of my life. I was listened to and taken care of and if I could somehow adequately express the impact of their kindness, and my gratitude for all that they've done for not just me and the baby, but my family too, I would write it in the sky for everyone to see. Thank you, for allowing me the freedom to choose how to deliver and recover. What a truly amazing hospital!

Everyone was wonderful to my daughter with the exception of one person in the cafeteria. Her name was Denise and she worked in the salad bar. We asked for some more salad dressing that was empty and she told us to get one out of the cooler. We also asked about boiled eggs. She was totally rude to us and it was evident she did not want to help us or anyone else there. My daughter was gravely sick and I did not appreciate her or I being treated like this. We ate in the cafeteria all week. You have a wonderful caring hospital, I just hate for one totally unhappy person to ruin everyone' s experience.
