Do not go here for an heart or other major issue you will most likely be leaving in a bag.

While the nurses, doctors, and aids, were amazing and gave my father as much care as we would have...........discharge lied, bullied, manipulated, and told my mother to get my father out, the hospital was not a hotel. There is a lot to the story, but if your loved one is VERY weak, recovering from near death, and needs rehab, be sure to consult an attorney to determine your patient's rights, the criteria for discharge, criteria for acceptance into rehab, appeal process for discharge and general patients rights................. We learned to do the discharge/social worker's job quickly as she was NOT an advocate for my father but was an advocate for our broken health care system.

This place is NOT an Emergency Room-it’s more after hours and a joke of an ER. This is our second visit with our college daughter. We are currently on 3hrs wait time with an elevated heart rAte, elevated bp and lethargic....they have taken a cut on the knee in before her and that patient arrived after. There was another patient moaning and crying for someone to “help me” for well over an hour. Not until she threw up in the waiting room did they take her back. Avoid...there are other options.
