I was terrified for the birth of my first child and had never been in a hospital for any reason. The staff that took care of me in labor and delivery was incredible. Every single nurse made me feel comfortable and let me know I was doing great. I never felt like I wasn't top priority and they kept me informed and confident the whole time. When we moved upstairs the nurse's were just as amazing in the nursery and the ones who checked on me. I can honestly say I left feeling amazing. They even sent me a survey and I took the time to fill it out because the wonderful women who took care of us deserve to be recognized!

Came in with major pain due to nerve issues, ended up getting admitted, and the staff was very friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. Some of the nicest nurses I’ve ever encountered (Olivia and Bette were outstanding!!) Very thorough and explained everything that was going on very well. If you get to choose your hospital, this is a good one to choose.

Not as nice as other hospitals. They tell you to call the nurse if you need something. Then when the front desk answers (3rd floor) they don't acknowledge they heard you by saying ok or we'll send your nurse they just hang up. Messages weren't given to the nurse by assistants when they said they would and if the did the nurse said he didn't get the message. Spoke with several people that day. Only a couple had good attitudes. When explaining to the nurse how I waited all day for a response when trying to find out how I can get information from my grandmothers specialist as to what the next steps were and the results of the test he defended by saying in their defense they are busy. I explained to him I've been in several other hospitals and I know how busy staff is and other hospitals don't respond this way. This is not my first experience here. Definitely needs work. Maybe a good ideal to visit other hospitals or offer more training. My attitude wasn't bad and I was patient. Didn't matter.
