As an employee of this hospital I'm extremely upset with the fact they don't care about their employees being pregnant and patients of the hospital. I parked in the '1' maternity spot that doesn't specify for patients only it just says expecting mother's only.. I am about 8 months pregnant and they gave me a ticket for parking in the spot. I went to talk to security and the officer was very rude to me. I walked out crying because I was told I needed to park where I was supposed to. 8 months pregnant and an employee and this is how I'm treated?! Not very cool.

L&D nurse has terrible bedside manner. Very disrespectful and condescending to family. This is not our first bad birthing experience at this hospital. I do not recommend this hospital- go to Cleveland Clinic Fairview if you want a great birthing experience.

Went to ER today, they took my vitals then stuck me back in lobby to wait in a very packed room. Last time I was there my Dr sent me to them and I waited in the ER lobby for 6 hours I,til I finally passed out. My Dr transferred me to St John's H9spital because of Southwests poor ER care and 8 was hospitalized for 5 days. Today I just had to walk out as they didn't even have a bed I could lay down in. I have a blood condition and bleeding inside somewhere that is showing up under my skin and they did nothing. Never again

My mother has cancer and goes here. The staff is very nice and treat my mother amazing. They always give my mother compliments and lift her spirits. I really appreciate their efforts and compassion with my mother The doctor cuts down every idea I have about natural healing and says "that's not true and it won't work" for every suggestion I have. I really believe we can naturally heal ourselves from every disease, and I'm sick of medical workers saying natural ways don't work just because they want to make money.

Great hospital there is a lot of art on the walls. It feels soothing like an art museum. When I was waiting for a loved one in surgery I walked the halls and looked at all the artwork. It was relaxing during a tense time.
