Will never go back they will not work with you on bill's they say you have to have it payed off in 18 or so months even if that means 700$ a month. Cox Hospital is 100% better they don't do that you can tell them you can only pay 100$ a month instead and they will take it even if it takes 6yrs to pay off. Again mercy SUCKS!!!!!

I walked into an entrance that was VERY far from my sister’s room. I wasn’t sure where I was going BUT an incredibly nice man, Alex, helped me. Not only did he walk me to the correct elevator, he also insisted on carrying my bags while we made the long trek. Mercy must be doing something right. Alex made a stressful day much easier and I am so grateful for his assistance!!

Tonight my son was experiencing agonizing ear pain. He has autism and significant sensory processing difficulties that can intensify pain to a point he feels overwhelmed trying to deal with it. I was very nervous about bringing him to the ER. It can be a stressful and uncomfortable setting for anyone in pain let alone a kiddo on the spectrum. Yet, from the moment we walked in everyone was AMAZING. Everyone from the security guard who greeted us at the door and tried to put my son at ease telling him he had a brother with autism, to the check in nurse who spoke to him in a friendly, calm, and reassuring manner, to the triage nurses who managed getting his vitals so smoothly, to the amazing doctor and his nurse who got him assessed, treated, and sent us on our way as quickly as possible. We were there a very short time and I am so grateful for everyone's professionalism, kindness, and understanding. It made a world of difference for my son and me tonight. Thank you Mercy Staff! Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. ‍♀️

The people at the ER were very nice and helpful. But the bill they gave me is different than what they charged me for, and when I called them about it they told me I was correct and they would bill my insurance, and that I should be all set. A month later I got a call from collections, so I called them back and they told me the previous lady was wrong, and that I owed this amount. Honesty the way they bill people and miss bill people is crazy.

I have waited 3 hours in an almost empty ER after the on call nurse called an ambulance for my GF who had intense pain after her outpatient surgery 5 days ago. It was important enough to call an ambulance but not so much they can show some expediency. We have now been here 6 hours. They have done nothing for her pain and have no clue what is wrong. They say CAT scan in thirty minutes and hour ago. This place is a joke. Update it has been 9 HOURS and they are just now addressing her pain which she described as a 9.5 and has been in tears.
