Very very rude nurses! I had not 1 but 2 very rude nurses! I went in with chest pain and the nurse who called me back for an EKG didn’t say a word to me until I had to lift my shirt so she could put the sensors on my chest. The second nurse in the rapid care was so rude I couldn’t even finish telling her my symptoms because she was judging me and with every response came a “you do know that...” in a very rude tone after I’d tell her what I was experiencing. Like obviously I didn't know half the things she was telling me because I did not go to medical school! I came there for help because of bad experiences elsewhere but wow... this is the WORST E.R. visit I have ever experienced. SHAME ON YOU!!

If I could give a zero I would! I brought my friend in for severe chest pain at 12:30 am and didn't see a doctor until 7 am. After she was triage and they knew her pain level, symptoms, and extremely high B/P they still had her wait another 6 hours in the waiting area. After all the tests she was admitted to the hospital but they didn't room her until after 11 am. The doctor was not happy she had been waiting for almost 7 hrs with her condition. They don't prioritize the the symptoms/condition of the patient, THEY ARE ONLY A NUMBER ! For being a hospital known for their cardiac unit I would never recommend bring your loved one there 1st. Wish I would have brought her to another hospital instead of waiting it out.

All I have to say is "thank goodness I was transferred to Wilmar or they would have forgotten I was even there".

I have been sitting in the ER with my child for over 7 HOURS. She is yet to see the doctor. We have been here since 2:00 and are currently still waiting. It has surpassed the time I was told we should expect to wait yet I still have no idea when we will see a doctor. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILDREN HERE!
