feedback about St Cloud Hospital
As in all hospitals, things move pretty slowly and it’s not convenient. But I was honestly amazed by how helpful and caring all of the staff were. Special shout out to all of the nurses and the psychiatry team. My husband was dealing with a lot and he is now healthy and headed home. Thanks everyone!
This is the worst place in the world. Our daughter got bit in the face by our small dog and we went there to have a plastic surgeon fix it. Not only did no one even look at it after we had been sitting there for two hours- they just left us in the waiting room, but they refused to give us an ice pack when we asked for one, saying she “was happy so she didn’t need one” we had kept ice on it the whole time prior to that so it wouldn’t scar. They left a man out in the waiting room who was projectile vomiting everywhere in the bathroom and then just goes and sits back down and the staff acted like that didn’t just happen. I’ve never been so disgusted with service in all my life! Who actually runs this place? So as of right now, we are back at urgent care to get her face stitched because 2.5 hours later it’s still not done.
Please fire Dr. Bower he doesn't do his job and is unprofessional He put me on medication that I didn't need and kept me in there longer than needed. He has to go so it doesn't happen to anyone else again.
A hospital wide, very knowledgeable and caring staff, that provide exceptional professional services which make you feel safe and well taken care of.
Great hospital. The majority of the staff are so caring, kind and willing to help you. I have complete confidence in their care, and wouldn’t like to go anyplace else. After having surgery at Mayo, can say St. Cloud is much better. People complain about ER wait times, but it isn’t nearly as bad here as at other large city hospitals. Part of the problem is people go to the ER with things they could have been taken care of at a clinic, then complain when they have to wait, despite having had their cough for a week. Of course you’re going to wait. Th heart attack or stroke pt. Is always a priority !
