St Francis Health Center

We have been in ER for 3 hours so far, and only seen the doctor once. I keep having to get up and silence the vitals mechine because it keeps beeping and no one is coming in. We still have no answers. The chairs for family to sit on are terribly uncomfortable. They have no tissues out for anyone. And no one has come and offered us (family) any water. I'm not happy and frankly fed up.

6th floor nursing staff I give a F rating to . Very rude and not prepared for patients , simply the worst experience my family has received in a cardiac care room . Doctors I give a A+ to .

Trying to schedule an appointment and no response. Get put on hold for literally 2 hours.

River Hill s the worst, rude with no urgency. These people act as they are on something. Non caring attitudes. I will no longer be a patient of Precious Moore. My opinion..... UPDATE: A lady called today left a message.... saying she is the manager. Last I checked a PN must get advice from an M.D. Doctor. She called twice today......concerning my lodged complaint over the internet during her messages......Sorry it is a review and my opinion......second message with more of a rude tone. .....I will not rreply to someone like this....I gave a review and my opinion. Just send the letter.

Horrible ER experience. Staff stands around while sick patients sit and suffer. In the waiting room. When sent by a clinic...not even taken to a room. Been two hours. Oh and they're NOT busy. And I tried calling to get info...next available operator doesn't even ring through. Just hangs up. This is obsurd. Never have I ever seen such a lack of health care. Don't go there if you're dying because youdyprobabyoujust die waiting.
