Everyone was so awesome. I could not have asked for better care. To Janet and Cindy, my hats off to you both. Thanks for taking such good care of me. You both deserve raises. I have had foot surgeries before, but never such incredible caring nurses. Thank you both again. You are amazing women.
Walk in to the outpatient emergency entrance. Lady was rude. Got checked in. Went to the imaging center. This was for our 4 month old daughter. Sat there for an hour and a half while other people were being called back that came in after us. We then were told it was going to be 20-30 minutes. Then out of nowhere another lady is calling someone. We can hear her saying something to our pediatrician office. Come to find out the lady that took the orders for the imaging left for the day (after being very rude). So the new lady is asking if we had orders. We then again said the lady that left had the orders. End result is this place doesn’t do the sort of imaging that our daughter needs. They tried blaming the pediatrician office for sending us there. They set the appointment to come here. So now after an hour and a half of our time we are going to rainbows. Where we should’ve went to begin with. This place is an absolute joke. The employees should know when there is an appointment being made if they do the service needed or not. The person behind the desk should’ve caught this! They seemed to think this was all a joke. The only person that was decent was the guy behind the desk.
My mother was taken here for a blood transfusion for anemia and died there 8 hrs. later. I would have never allowed them to use this hospital. In 2011 my father was admitted and never regained consciousness after speaking to all of us the night before “whatever happened “. Absolutely pathetic care for any condition that isn’t at the most basic, simple condition.
Slow, slow, slow and rude! Husband had surgery at 730 this morning. Surgery was over at 1230 and doc told me I would be able to see him by 2 pm. It’s almost four and still not a word. When u ask they snap your head off. Now the doctor that did his surgery is beyond awesome! But the staff that works here 80% of them should not. There were a few good ones but very few.
We just had our 2nd child at St John's birthing unit. Our first was amazing the staff was great 2 years ago and we thought there is no way they can top that!!!! Boy we were wrong!!! They stepped their game up! They do everything possible to make you feel at home and not in a hospital! From the doctors to all the nurses they could not have been better! They were great with not only our newborn but our 2 year old as well. Thank you all!!
