St Josephs Community Hospital of West Bend

Don’t ever go here to the ER if you legit think you might be dying. I went in with severe pneumonia and was basically told to go home and drink more water, no contact with the Er doctor upon discharge either. I then had sepsis and could barely move when I got driven almost 35 minutes to the next hospital down that might actually do something. I could have died and now all I have to show for it is two giant medical bills. Don’t waste your time with them if there’s any other alternative.

Once again was double billed by Froedtert. Insurance company is looking into it, they agreed it looks like a double bill.

We were seen immediately in the ER after my child had a scary fall down some steps. They were super prepared with a team of like 8 people, but luckily it turned out to not be as serious as we first thought, thank goodness. We still received excellent care and instructions for the following days.

Absolute worst experience I have ever had at a doctor of any sort. I will never return to this hospitols emergency room. I am thoroughly disgusted with the treatment and would never recommend anyone to go here. Wouldnt wish that kind of treatment on anyone.

Horrible service! First and last time I’ll choose to go here! I had an appointment for the first time here. As I was checking in, front desk asked if I had received a phone call from a financial representative. (since I unfortunately don’t have insurance at the moment) I told her no and she said well, it’ll be $250 up front since this is your first visit here. Sigh... so I pay the $250. Turns out I had a missed call from the financial rep. AFTER I had already paid and checked in! Great timing on their part! Dr. Tischler was nice and made the visit worthwhile. However, when I called the office 2 days after because I had questions about the test results that came in on the app called “My Chart”, the nurse freaked out on me and told me they weren’t in yet and that THEY would call me! Then how the f___ do I have the actual test results on my phone right in front of me?! I was so flustered and confused so after hanging up, I remembered that I forgot to ask one other question so I called back awhile later and I don’t know know if it was the same nurse or a different one but they made me feel like I was such an inconvenience to them and made me feel as if my question was stupid! Poor, poor service! I give it one star simply because I liked Dr. Tischler but however, I will never come here again!
