This place is a joke! I don’t think they understand emergency! 4 hours to find out it was a kidney stone. I asked walking in if they were busy. The E R was a ghost town. They did not keep us posted on the situation. I went looking for someone and it was like social hour! I do not understand what is going on. I’ve heard bad things, now I know. If you can make the trip to Duluth please do yourself a favor and hit St Luke’s.

I read the other reviews and I think 2 stars is about right. It was difficult to get any care here. I wasn't able to see a medical doctor - none were available for weeks. I had to make 7 calls, leaving 4 messages before I could talk to a person from scheduling. In the end, that person told me to try the Duluth location for better care. Hopefully things will go better there.

Pathetic. Went in because I was experiencing severe tooth pain. They gave me a shot of Novocaine. Still in pain. They gave me another shot of Novocaine. Still in pain. Wrote me a prescription for an antibiotic that costs 50 dollars- and for MOTRIN. What the hell? I told them I'd been taking Motrin for three days, but that is their solution? I guess I'm supposed to just suffer.

It's a bit of a mixed bag, though I have interacted with a number of professional individuals. What is needed is a quality control manager who has the responsibility to gather input and data, the ability to problem-solve and reward, and the authority to implement improvement plans for those who are not meeting standards.

Went to the ER because I couldn't move my body (at all) and I was having extreme heart pain. They hooked me up to monitors and just left me there suffering without checking in on me at all.
