I have had wonderful care.
God awful. Fractured tibia took 9 hours to diagnose.I was struck by a 200 lb. Oak limb. They were emphatic it was a muscular tear. I have had multiple fractures in my 57 years..Even hinted @ "drug seeking behavior !!
Next visit ;I had trouble breathing. Sent me home. Couldn't diagnose the issue..
I returned 8 hours later and was diagnosed with pneumonia. Lucky for me, the same Captain who caught the fracture in my tibia figured out I had pneumonia. Scary, awful.
WORSTTTTT ATTENTION EVER !!! THE PHONE NEVER WORKS NOBODY ANWSERS THE PHONE NOBODY CARES THEY WILL KEEP YOU IN HOLD OR DISCONNECT YOIR CALL !!! INSANE HORRIBLE SERVICE
The staff at Eglin is awesome. Yes you get some not so good personal but you find that at any hospital. I was at ER other day for chest pains. Was taken rignt back. Ran a battery of test to rule out heart attack. Was admitted for more test next day. The personal in ER and on 4th floor was great. All very professional and courtesy. My only bad thing to say was the food this time was cold at lunch.
I ha e had a bilateral mastectomy at Eglin and 2 knee replacements . Excellent care from surgeons to staff and physical therapy . Thank you 96th medical group at Eglin.
Worst service possible. They hurry for nobody and would rather sit around talking about what they’re doing that weekend and checking their social medias than actually help. I can tell you more about their social lives from what I could hear in my room than I can about what I even got diagnosed with. Absolute waste of time!
