I've been to Lake Hospital Systems, Cleveland Clinic Hospitals, and now University Hospital Geauga. University Hospitals tops them all by far!! Staff is outstanding and the doctors were a lot more than just poke their head in and bill you doctors. They seemed genuinely concerned for my well-being and dedicated to me getting better. I can't say enough good things.

I was traveling back to Ohio from out of town and had an unexpected medical emergency. The staff is OUTSTANDING. Every single person from the ER, to radiology, to the general floor, to the OR was attentive, thorough, welcoming, and kind. I can’t speak highly enough. Dr. Jake Petrosky was a phenomenal, informative, and friendly surgeon. The ER and nursing staff were extremely supportive. Thank you to the UH Geauga staff for turning a miserable situation into a pleasant experience. I’m so grateful for their care.

I had a procedure done on Feb 21,2019 all the staff from start to finish was amazing. I had to stay over night and it was wonderful. I don't like hospitals at all not even doctors offices but if I ever have to have another procedure done I would want to come to this hospital. Keep up the great work!!!!!
