We saw Dr. Edward Westbrook, from Neurology, back in 2013 I believe. He retired that December. He is an Excellent Dr. We we're so sorry he retired. Everyone in that office was Wonderful. It is so hard to get a Good Dr. Who will listen and go the extra mile. He did.Thx for that, Joseph and Marsha Torres.

Great service! This isn't my regular medical practice but they were able to look me over and were helpful with getting me a speedy recovery.
They did not stereo type me and treated me equally the same, the whole staff is wonderful especially the emergency room and front help desk. They got me set up right away, exams and made sure I was fine before sending me home. I would definitely come back if I were in need of medical attention.

Just spent five days, four nights there after abdominal surgery. The staff on the 7th floor were excellent.

My husband and I have been in hospitals in Los Angeles, Des Moines, and Harrisburg, PA--last week, my husband was in Ahuja for two days. It was the worst experience either of us have ever had with a hospital. The nurses were totally inattentive, the doctors rarely present, and none of them kept accurate records of medication being given to my husband. There was no overall plan of care, the lab was so backed up that they hadn't gotten some of his test results back when he was released, and they scheduled an echocardiogram 24 hours before he left the hospital, but radiology was so backed up they never got to him, so he has to do it as an outpatient. They even kept him over night solely to have the echocardiogram the next morning, then never got around to it. So, he spent an unnecessary night in the hospital for no reason--except, apparently, for Ahuja to pad their bill.

Talking to other people in the area this week, I have discovered no one with a good opinion of Ahuja, and several people, including doctors, with very negative opinions and experiences. We are new to Cleveland and didn't know any better. The University Hospital system has such a good reputation overall among Clevelanders that we didn't realize how terrible parts of it could be. We will be going only to Cleveland Clinic facilities and doctors after this experience.
