We saw Dr. Edward Westbrook, from Neurology, back in 2013 I believe. He retired that December. He is an Excellent Dr. We we're so sorry he retired. Everyone in that office was Wonderful. It is so hard to get a Good Dr. Who will listen and go the extra mile. He did.Thx for that, Joseph and Marsha Torres.
Great service! This isn't my regular medical practice but they were able to look me over and were helpful with getting me a speedy recovery.
They did not stereo type me and treated me equally the same, the whole staff is wonderful especially the emergency room and front help desk. They got me set up right away, exams and made sure I was fine before sending me home. I would definitely come back if I were in need of medical attention.
The staff at the desk of the orthopedic office was one the nicest bunch of people I have ever encountered in a doctors office.
Some of the rudest people you're likely to meet. My coworker had cut open her hand and was bleeding profusely and they left her to bleed into a bed pan for over half an hour before doing anything for pain or to stop the bleeding. A nurse was the one to actually do anything since the doctor only came in to look and said nothing before walking out. Then after stitches were put in and the hand was wrapped this doctor comes back in unwraps her hand, looks at it and leaves the room again. Again not saying anything and left bloody bandeges all over my coworker in the bed. Then fast forward 3 weeks and she had to go back for workman's comp paper work and a referral to a hand surgeon and the reception desk roll their eyes at her as if she's being an inconvenience to their gossip time and refused to help her or even figure out where to direct her. Unrivaled garbage at this location. If anything should ever happen to me in the future I'll take my chances and just head for Tijuana Mexico and have some homeless guy try and save me.
Phenomenal state-of-the-art hospital.
Short ER waits.
Friendly, efficient staff.
