Absolutley a zero rating from me! My special neads son got the worst care from here. Rude doctors. Rude nurses. No medical supplies he neaded on hand so i neaded to run home to get his supplies. From an emergency visit to stay multiple days they could not get ahold of his medacine for seizures and muscle tone which are very common medacines. When I asked to be transfered to deluth they got 50 times worse.

The er and urgent care treat their patients like garbage I've come in multiple times for a reacccurring issue and I'm pregnant needing fluids yet I dont get listened to!! Currently sitting in the er and was told there was nothing they can do for me... u could check for the flu u could start with fluids since im pregnant!!! I'm glad I wont be delivering my baby here!!

very very disturbed at the ability of these professionals.My friend was told she would need to have surgery in Duluth and would receive a call, which she did not. It took 2 days to finally get her in to Duluth, where they (with urgency and concern) got her in same day. I wouldn't bring a goldfish here let alone a human.

Policies with rehab are wack.

My son’s doctor is great (after we finally found one), but the lab technicians are not competent when it comes to young children. They’re very rude and they don’t listen at all. We spent about five or more minutes with my son screaming while the presumably new girl was STRUGGLING to collect blood for a lead test, even though he was bleeding like a stuffed pig I will avoid the lab with my kids at all cost, because this has happened several times now.
