The labor and delivery nurse Belinda is an amazing nurse and was so kind and took good care of me while I was in labor and even after my son was born. She made sure I had everything I needed. She was one of the kindest nurses I have dealt with. The other nurses where nice also but she was my favorite!
Don't have a baby here. Dr. Noble completely missed my son having problems breathing and eating. They need to educate themselves on Pierre Robin Sequence/Syndrome and not blow off peoples concerns.
Depends on what shift you get... I have bronchitis they are making me stay and take treatment instead of going home and doing same treatments, iam to get breathing treatment every 4 hours. I'm lucky I get 2 a day with my other meds. I will let the CEO know about the problem. U can't get better and leave to go home unless you give me treatments. Then the nurses from 11pm to 7am are NEVER around for nothing. 8th floor nursing unit needs a lot of work. Just let me go home to get my treatment on time.
I was overcharged the day of surgery by $1700. It has been 3 months and, despite being told my "money was coming,"still don't have it. I'm not certain I would trust someone with my life that cannot handle simple billing matters.
Update - now 4 months in. Called patient services and was told it is "out of their hands and is now in the hands of the accounting department." That is the same thing they said 1 month ago....so, in other words, no update.
If I waited 4 months to pay them, they'd put me in collections. Apparently they are in no hurry to pay me.
Very bad experience with my step daughter. Understaffing issues, machines not calibrated, poor communication from Dr Perihar and his office staff. Dr’s story has changed multiple times. Staff will privately tell you to go somewhere else for treatment. This hospital is for getting money from patients. Not for patient care
