I recently had some radiological testing and I wanted to let Samantha Hammond, radiology tech, know how much I appreciated her extra efforts in helping me. I was to have an additional ultrasound the following day, but Samantha went the extra mile by getting the appropriate orders to have my testing on the following day to be done the same day as my mammogram. This prevented me from driving from out of town for the testing the following day and was able to have it all done the same day. I appreciated her efforts very much.
I would also like to thank Abby Hamburger for adding me onto her busy schedule to perform the abdominal ultrasound that was to be done on the following day.
The doctors were also very helpful and provided me with the information I was looking for.
Overall, I was extremely pleased with those employees named above for making my life a little easier. And I would like to thank them for that.

I spent four days at Wesley. I had a neck operation during the stay. The care and service was very good. Nurses and Doctors were very caring and helpful. Meds and services were provided and administered in a very timely fashion and help was given to me whenever I needed it. Being in a hospital is never fun but I appreciate the staff that helped me during my stay.

This Hospital has it all. I've had business here numerous times over the decades. Usually you'll receive fast, friendly service. Staff interested in taking care of those/your needs. They have an area too for those who request prayer, chapel facility and religious ministry. They have a decent Emergency Care Center. I highly recommend Wesley Medical Center should the need arises.

Everyone whom I had contact with at Wesley were so kind, friendly, caring, helpful, and made my first experience at Wesley as a Patient very easy and comfortable! And the food was delicious! Thank you for taking such good care of me!!

I have gone to the wound care center for the fourth time today. I am being seen for a brown recluse spider bite that I received a little over 5 weeks ago. My bite was one of those “worse case scenarios”. I ended up with a 11cm x 7cm section on my calve. I’ve been drinking lots of water, eating lots of protein and making homemade juice to help heal my wound. With my efforts I have gotten the wound down to 5cm x 4cm and it was doing really well.
I got to my appointment today and was shown to my room where there was a scalpel, topical lidocaine and gauze. I seen that and thought to myself “they have already predetermined to scrape my wound” when I know for a fact it didn’t need it. I know from my bills that they get $320 to tell me they will see me in 2 weeks and $730 to actually do something to it so I know it ended up being about the money and “not” what was best for me.
To make things even better I got a PA that came in to do the work so not only was I being robbed I was a practice subject as well..... They did make more money on me today but lost money in the long run because I won’t be going back. I feel like my wound went backwards by a week in healing time after today and is very sore now.
