I recently had my first child at the Women’s Pavilion and had an excellent experience! I never had any doubts that my baby and I were safe during the delivery! Even when my babies heart rate dropped briefly, they Remained calm but took immediate action to bring it back up. Claire and Vickie were two of the most gracious/outstanding nurses as were all the staff! We will definitely use this unit in the future if we need it! Thank-you Wooster Women’s Pavilion for making my first childbirth experience a positive memory and for caring for us so well!

Went to Wooster ER about 3am, midweek. Didn't wait long, doctor was nice but I'm over 65 hadn't been able to keep anything down ( over 24 hours) or stop coughing. They took chest stay which was clear. Gave me something for nausea but I couldn't keep it down. Had to buzz for nurse as I got sick on blanket & gown. She reluctantly gave me another blanket, gown & towel and complained that i should have used the blue disposable bag when I got sick. I told her I couldn't get to it fast enough. She then left telling me she would give me privacy to clean myself and put items in soiled linens container. She never came back to check on me. Doctor came to release me with prescription for the nausea, I told him I just got sick and wasn't able to keep nausea pill down. He was surprised, apparently no one told him. So I was there about 2 hours, not feeling any better, I had to tell my husband to stop the car as we pulled in driveway because I was getting sick again. Waste of time and money.

I recently delivered my first child at the women's pavilion. The staff was so friendly and helpful through the whole experience. My delivery nurse Carman was exceptional. I wouldn't want to deliver anywhere else and I am so thankful our city has such a great resource!

They did not do Thor job. I have not ate in over 24 hours and I haven't slept in more than 48 hours. They checked my blood yesterday and said everything was fine so they just used the answers from that. Even though I have more symptoms. The doctor did not even care to listen to me when I was trying to tell him my symptoms. They said it was because of anxiety which is bull because I know exactly what an anxiety attack feels like. I'd rather DIE before going back to this hospital. If you want irrelevant diagnosis then go here, if you want what is actually wrong with you go anywhere else.
