I recently had lab work drawn by the Wooster Community Hospital Lab department. The registration process was quick and efficient. The employee who drew my blood did an excellent job. All employees were very friendly and provided great customer service. I know there are many options out there but I am glad to be able to support this great local health system. I highly recommend.

I use them for all of my lab work and pharmacy services. Always greeted by friendly faces at the door, and quickly am able to complete what is needed. Had an issue with billing/insurance at one point and the hospital billing dept took the time to help me with insurance to correct it! Staff is professional and friendly, anyone you encounter walking in is happy to help!

This was my first inpatient experience at Wooster Community Hospital. What a great hospital! All rooms are private and of good size. The nurses and physicians were knowledgeable and compassionate. Food was great (when I was able to eat)! I highly recommend Wooster Community Hospital!

Just visited the hospital for lab work and the staff was amazing. I usually bruise, but I didn't have any issues. I was also here last year for the flu and they were quick to get me back. They were very thorough and made me feel like I mattered.

I have always obtained any lab work, testing, or prescriptions from this facility and have not yet been disappointed.
