How is medical content reviewed on MedicalRecords.com?
Medical content moves through source capture, clinical review when required, editorial review, claim-level fact-checking, and update monitoring. Work can continue while review is pending, but a page may claim completed medical review only when approval is recorded against the exact published revision.
Dr. George T. Mathew (MD, MBA, FACP) is a designated clinical review leader. His expected review does not create a completed-review claim: the reviewer, timestamp, and approved revision must be recorded first, and later material edits require re-review.
