The platform combined electronic health record functionality with practice management capabilities, offering a unified system designed to handle both clinical documentation and revenue cycle operations. Core features included ambulatory EHR documentation, patient scheduling, e-prescribing through Surescripts connectivity, lab integration with major reference laboratories like Quest Diagnostics and LabCorp, patient portal access, billing and claims management, and meaningful use attestation support. Kryptiq's target market consisted primarily of small to mid-sized physician practices across multiple specialties including primary care (family medicine, internal medicine, pediatrics) and various specialties such as cardiology, orthopedics, dermatology, gastroenterology, and OB-GYN.
