They outsource their radiology department billing to a company in Brookfield. I've been trying to get a correct statement sent to me since the beginning of July. I've spent countless hours on the phone trying to pay them and get a corrected invoice. After this experience we'll be taking our family elsewhere for care.

Dr Mironovich is very attentive and knowledgeable, nurse Sarah good listener and receptionist is very very nice, over all very clean facility with happy, friendly employees who show that they care for patients.

Today I went with my daughter to see if she broke her arm/wrist. After the doctor sent my daughter to get her arm all taken care of she held me back to accuse me of being on impaired substances! I the remembered I forgot to take my hydrocortisone for my “ Adrenaline Insufficiency 2”, and that I was feeling extremely groggy and tired. I tried to explain to the doctor I have something that effects my day and life and that if I don’t take it I will have even times I will fall asleep on people. I will be talking to people and falling asleep. I got to a endo dr monthly for this and I also deal with the county daily and I’ve been clean almost 4 years. Neither the less, making assumptions on how I look for not listening to someone especially cause they have proven medical conditions isn’t I’ml right!!!! I called my worker right away once the Doc left the room and next time when my daughter goes for her arm she will be present!

Dr Castrovinci makes you feel like you are his only patient and really cares about the outcome of your appointments & procedures.

Tried for a WEEK to pay off a debt, but couldn't get a call back. Called 4 times and got transferred to some guy's voicemail every time. The last time I called I told a lady that it was going to be my last attempt to get a hold of the guy and she told me "talking like that isn't going to get you anywhere". What a great department they've got there lol
