We can not thank and praise this hospital and their staff enough. This is a beautiful and super clean hospital with spacious rooms that are welcoming. Would have felt like a hotel if it wasn’t for the medical equipment! The staff is excellent, knowledgeable and well trained. They helped my mom, the patient, feel safe and comfortable. This was extra important to us as we were here from Boston for a family wedding. Mom’s issues have been ongoing and are complex. The doctors and nurses actually listened to us and did not run unnecessary tests. Mom received top notch care. Thank you Fort Memorial!

The Emergency room is NOT an emergency room don't be deceived. If you read the fine print it's immediate care. That's important because you will now be billed from 2 separate sources Doubling your out of pocket expense. Nothing like being handed small print legal documents to read and must be signed while your bleeding all over the place. TRULY Disappointed. The skills and ability of the Staff was Excellent. The deception associated with the billing is deplorable!!!!

My wife and I spent five hours in Fort ER, only took about 15 minutes of actual time to get X-rays and a CT scan for her a broken leg. ER admitting, made my wife stand on the scale so they could get her weight. She was in the same ER only a month ago after fracturing her ankle. After the five hour experience they threw a immobilizer an her leg and said to call a surgeon and get in as soon as you can. Most of the staff is unbelievably
incompetent, rude and are more concerned about talking to each other than doing any work. We and only one other person was in during this time so it wasn't because they were busy. We vowed to never use fort hospital or ER ever again. We'd rather travel to Oconomowoc or Madison before ever stepping foot in there again. Avoid at all costs!!!
