Major Hospital

Whoever is answering calls at the main number either needs to be retrained or reassigned. My doctor's office was twice given the wrong fax number for the lab (and whoever got the orders must have just thrown them away instead of taking to lab). Then I called in a few days later and asked for Cardio Rehab and was connected to a completely different department. This is the first impression people get of your facility, get someone there that knows what they are doing.

My mother was treated HORRIBLY on a phone call with a Nurse named Tina who works with Dr. Trobridge. She needs her bedside and phone side manor dealt with immediately. My mother is 58 years old with multiple health issues and was just trying to get information on how to take a certain medication and this woman was so rude to her she ended up crying!!!!!!! Unacceptable!!!!! I will be following up with this and making sure it is dealt with accordingly. No one in the health industry should ever make a patient feel as my mother felt today!

If I could leave zero stars I would I had an emergency room visit there a while back had insurance at the time and after I found out my insurance did not cover my visit. Major Hospital refused to work with me on payment. The original bill was $5500 then they used a lawyer out of ft Wayne to try to sue me they are charging me $3 a day interest so now my bill is close to $10000 with interest and the fees there lawyer is charging me there lawyer refused a payment plan I proposed so it forced me into bankruptcy now I have nothing over a 2 hour emergency room visit thx major hospital they also misdiagnosed me I went to my family dr a week later he gave me a $10 prescription and it fixed my problem do not go here They will sue you if you don’t have the proper medical insurance.

Was treated poorly by er staff having had to go to the er after THEY performed surgery on me and I immediately developed complications.. turns out they are fined for such circumstances and made sure I was punished for daring to come back in. I was also threatened with removal of my IV and post op pain meds after being wakened from a dead sleep and was quick fire questioned about medical issue from 15 years before. This was done to me by the dr. And the nurses treated me horribly after I informed the dr that he could at least allow me a chance to wake up. I have never experienced respect or compassion from this hospital

MHP has the best medical care of anywhere I've been ! My PCP Dr. Mary Beth Hensley and her staff are AWESOME ! I've always been treated as a human being, not just a number, which means alot to me. I've been to several specialists at MPH also, and have been treated better than at any other hospital in Johnson County, where I live. Cudos to MHP
