Been here a few times. I have always been treated with courtesy and respect here. No complaints.

After awful experience in Hancock Regional we decided to drive to Major (about 30 mins away) when I rolled and twisted my ankle last night. We got the ER, were checked in and escorted back to a room immediately .The doctor and nurses were prompt and got my x-rays and vitals done with efficient speed. We were in and out in less than an hour! We will definitely be returning here if need be.

I have had very good luck getting in and out of lab or xray in a timely manner.

We love this hospital and the care my father has received both times we have taken him there. This is now his preferred choice of hospitals. They have proven to be a caring facility and very personable in their pursuit to find out what is going on. Both times we have gone to the ER, he had to be admitted and kudos to the ER staff for a quick and thorough diagnosis. Once on the floor, the nurses and all staff have been professionali, courteous and caring in their treatments. They keep the patient and family informed at all times. We have learned, a nurse and care team can only be as good as the orders left by the attending doctor. Many complaints placed upon the nurse and care team should really be directed to the doctor. So if dissatisfied, address your concern and complaint to the doctor first and see if things change. A patients care is in the orders left by the doctor.

Since they have built the new hospital all the services have gone up tremendously! Same service, bigger prices! Your bills will be higher! Easy built when paying with everyone elses money.
