YES!!! Dr. Bansal in Rheumatology was AMAZING!! He listened to what my Mummy said, took a genuine interest, and made sure we understood every step of the way. So happy and impressed!! Very kind, caring Doctor. Penny, the nurse kind of sucked tho. She was very condescending and not polite at all! Lab and X-ray were also very polite.
You just keep getting transferred and mislead with changing information on cost. I would recommend going to a smaller facility.
Worst behavior health ever!!! Experienced such a nasty nurse. Went to pick up family members meds they treated me like I was stealing them and so rude. You think if you worked up there you would have a bit more kindness.
Honestly to everyone complaining about bills, that's got nothing to do with the hospital, and everything to do with the healthcare system of the US (especially under current administration). I have spent my whole life in and out of this hospital, from the day I was born in this hospital, to my most recent brush with self harm. The Mayo Clinic is an amazing place to be. If you want to change the bills, change who's in office, don't just leave one star reviews for people that didn't do anything wrong.
I had a $230 medical bill for two visits. One visit was a follow up for my son who has a turned in right foot. The first doctor told me it would probably go away on its own but that because it was just the one foot a specialist was needed. The specialist was an hour late for our appointment so I sat there taming my two toddlers while he ate lunch, which I smelled on his breath, for him to tell me the problem would resolve itself. Then I went in for a facial scar that is raised. I was told they would be able to do something about it. I was charged $115 for a lady to tell me to massage it with the back of a spoon to break up the scar tissue. All I'm saying is, Google is free.
