When Ace isn’t engrossed in tech and startups, you might find him exploring abandoned shopping malls or treating marketing like a thrilling sports match.
With a background as diverse as his interests, Ace hails from Cambridge, MA, with stops in Maine, rural Alabama, and Wellesley, MA along the way. After earning his BA in International Relations/Economics from Boston University, he moved to Asia to help build a pioneering mobile phone company. Nowadays, after a long tenure in Manhattan, he’s found his home in historic Lexington, MA.

Harding Hall
Harding J. Hall brings a unique blend of bioengineering knowledge, system design expertise, and practical experience in healthcare and technology to his role as Director of Strategy and Business Development at MedicalRecords.com. His work is marked by a dedication to enhancing healthcare outcomes and improving patient experiences through the innovative application of technology.
His educational background includes an MSc in System Design and Management from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), and a BS in Bioengineering from the University of Maryland, College Park. At MIT, his master’s thesis focused on applying the systems theoretic accident model process (STAMP) to hospital system hazards, a project conducted in collaboration with Dana-Farber Cancer Institute.
In his role at MedicalRecords.com, Harding collaborates with technical partners and vendors to implement new strategies and facilitate the company’s growth. He’s been instrumental in the development and launch of a consumer-focused platform, utilizing his knowledge of AI and structured data to enhance the platform’s functionality and user experience. His role involves not only managing the content team but also exploring future growth opportunities, particularly in the realm of consumer healthcare.
Before joining MedicalRecords.com, Harding gained valuable experience in the biopharmaceutical industry at GlaxoSmithKline and Human Genome Sciences. During this time, he worked on complex, high-risk projects and developed a purification control system for biopharmaceutical products.
Alongside his professional endeavors, Harding has contributed to important research in Sickle Cell Anemia at the National Institute of Diabetes and Digestive and Kidney Diseases (NIDDK). Outside of his professional life, Harding resides in suburban Maryland near DC with his wife and their new son. He cherishes the quiet moments of family life amid the busy rhythm of his career. And while he applies precise systems and structure to his work, Harding also has a surprising, more artistic side. He is a dedicated practitioner of traditional Japanese Kenjutsu, a practice that requires not only physical skill but also a mental discipline that he often finds parallels with in his work. He likes to joke that his mastery of this ancient art is his secret weapon in the modern world of healthcare technology.
