CureMD’s official pricing page says practices should get personalized pricing and lists feature bundles (Practice Management, EHR, All-in-One/RCM) but publishes no current dollar rates. Official FAQ says cost varies and includes a one-time setup fee plus monthly subscription; it lists up to 5 free users per paying provider and $100/user/month for additional users. The official License and Services Agreement says pricing is in the Order Form, provider-based, and that additional products/services/connectivity can incur additional fees. These are the usable official pricing facts; do not treat third-party figures or search snippets as evidence.

Billing model

Quote-based SaaS with subscription fees determined by number of Providers; official agreement requires at least one full-time Provider license. Monthly/recurring fees are invoiced monthly in advance, payable within 30 days; one-time setup/implementation fees are due on Order Form acceptance unless the Order Form says otherwise. FAQ also states subscription is per-provider and starts when the implementation portal is completed. No public free-trial terms were found.

Fees and add-ons

Included/advertised capabilities vary by order and package: scheduling, reminders, eligibility, electronic claims/remittance, clean-claim checks, denial management, clearinghouse connectivity, payer enrollment, EHR templates, e-prescribing, orders/results, patient portal, decision support, analytics and e-learning. EHR page documents clinical prescribing (including controlled substances), medication history/formulary, lab/radiology interfaces, HIE/payer/pharmacy/hospital/device connectivity and integrated billing. Telemedicine is advertised as HIPAA-compliant and integrated, with virtual visits, intake/consents, messaging, recordings, API integration and online payments via Stripe/PayPal/Authorize.net; no telehealth price is published. EPCS is enabled through DrFirst and must be activated through CureMD Premium Services; no EPCS fee is published. RCM/billing services advertise coding, claim submission/scrubbing, eligibility, denial resolution, payment posting, patient billing/collections, appeals, reporting and account management; no current RCM percentage or dollar fee is published on the official page. Treat all of those as Bastrop-specific and potentially non-general/promotional—not current standard CureMD pricing.

Current vendor sales appear active: CureMD’s current homepage advertises an AI-powered EHR, EHR/billing/AI walkthrough and consultant contact; it reports 28,000+ providers, 500M+ encounters and 50M+ patients. Current product positioning is a full cloud clinical EHR/EMR with specialty templates and interoperability, alongside PM, billing/RCM and engagement. Official legacy FAQ/EPCS material contains older terminology/certifications and 2016 New York EPCS dates, so those feature pages should not be read as current pricing or current regulatory claims. No official current core dollar price or free trial was found.

Qualifications

Official pricing is conflicting in granularity but not in the core conclusion: current pricing page is personalized/quote-led; FAQ gives basis and legacy add-on guidance; LSA governs order-specific fees. The $100 additional-user amount and setup-fee language come from the official FAQ, while the LSA says Order Forms control. The Bastrop quote is an authoritative public customer-specific record, not a CureMD list price, and its 2025 copyright/2026 approval context does not establish a universal current rate.
