That certification/version disclosure is a dated certification record, not proof that 9.2.0.0 is the latest production release. No shutdown, sunset, or discontinued-product notice was found.

Qualifications

Marketing claims such as “95%+ of pharmacies,” “24x7 support,” AI capabilities, named interfaces, and feature availability are vendor claims and should be verified in a quote/demo. The official pages use both “EHR” and “practice management system,” but the documented clinical, medication, inpatient, e-prescribing, orders, certification, and interoperability capabilities support classifying it as a full clinical EHR with practice-management functionality.
