Getting labs sent to the doctor who ordered them is as big a joke as getting someone helpful on the phone. Had STAT labs drawn which should have been faxed same day (I did go early morning to ensure this)... we are now day 3 of trying to get that bloodwork sent properly to my doctor. This is not the first time that we have had issues getting results faxed over either, which sucks because it's the only lab open early enough for me that does the testing on-site rather than sending blood out.

Was born here in 2005. Soon after we moved to New York and have never been to Illinois since. Thanks Dr. Santiago for birthing me without any health defects!

This is by far the worst hospital I've ever come in contact with or had services provided. Waits are long in the ER and staff lies to you. I have personally seen Staff members alter medical documents, routinely commit fraud, and I have personally witnessed Physicians directly lie to me and other Patients. I've personally witnessed hospital Staff saying that Physicians refused to admit Patients in dire need of medical care and in excruciating pain because "it was too much paperwork" and therefore, the elderly Patient had to wait until their PCP was located! Patient actually waited for several hours, crying, in pain! All because a hospital director said the hospital Physician on duty "didn't want to do the extra paperwork". The hospital also keep Patient's Credit Card numbers on file, which is illegal! Physicians at Advocate Medical Group & Advocate Family Practice, both associated with the hospital and located at the hospital are also very bad and just plain incompetent. This is the WORST place to go for medical care. These Physician's would mess up a cup of coffee! I wouldn't trust them again with my health!

Great staff. Husband had to stay and they were quick to update me as the procedures progressed.

What a great group of people. I came across many people and not a one of the was rude. People went out of their way to help me. The radiation technicians I worked with were very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the whole process and told me what to expect and who I could reach if I had any issues. They had valet parking which helped a lot. It was refreshing! It is now the first place I look when being referred to a specialist. Quality care.
