My husband has been in and out of Advocate Condell Medical Center over the last 3 weeks. The staff has been amazing! The doctors have been amazing. Not only has the staff been giving my husband unbelievable nursing care, I feel taken care of as well. They have made our hospital stays pleasurable if you can believe that. Thank you Condell nursing staff on 2 East and all the doctors.

Gave birth to my daughter at this hospital back in June. Although, I had some good experience here with my first child's birth, the bad out weigh the good. Some of the nurses had poor bed side manner. I get that it was early in the morning, but it made my stay very unpleasant. I had a nurse pull my baby off from breastfeeding. I was already having a hard time getting her to latch this just added to my not wanting to be there anymore. On top of all that I have been dealing with the billing department for some of my claims with my insurance and they can be extremely rude, and can easily catch an attitude towards you.

Advocate Condell Medical Center has changed over the years it's becoming increasingly popular and a very large hospital. The staff here are extremely friendly and extremely helpful and they are extremely careing as will for the most part I will say there's always good and bad in place's. The hospital has been completely rebuild inside and out and the new parts are extremely nice that makes being sick just a little bit better as you are in a private room.

Went in for easy bloodwork to a provider that is in my network. The bill was over $2k and I had to pay over $700. Itemized bill was cryptic and difficult/impossible for billing to explain. They would not budge. Never again.

Rude and no bedside manner at all. A doctor walking out the room.. because I was questioning the plan of action. I have the right to know why you feel the way you do! I told the nurse I wanted to go home. She told me to sign the papers! I walked out of that hospital after a stroke with no answers. They DID NOT give the drug I needed to reserve the stroke and I was there in time for it. Very poor hospital.
