One of the best hospitals I've been to. Staff is very friendly. Kim from scheduling helped me very much. She went out of her way to help. Very clean & quiet. Very impressed

My father has had several several stays in the Eureka Hospital, and I had a visit to the emergency room. For a smaller, rural hospital, I found the staff helpful, intelligent and willing to please. At times, I feel as if they are a bit understaffed as the wait time for my dad to get a nurse to help him or my wait in the ER was rather long, but this is not unique to this hospital by any means. I appreciated the cleanliness of the clinic, hospital and e.r.

Having 4 children I find myself in the prompt care or the er a lot and I must say eureka hospital is always nice and quick to service us. I've had one experience of waiting a few hours but even then they tried their best to speed up the process. I will always go here!

I'm a single Father of Triplets, and on several occasions I had the opportunity of meeting the helpful, friendly and extremely professional staff at Eureka Hospital's E.R.. As I've told my friends after every experience there.."I've been in bigger Hospitals..but not better".

We took My Dad to Advocate Eureka Hospital for a bladder infection and weakness, and he loved the care that he received! He had been in a hospital in Peoria for the same problem, but he was simply miserable because they weren't available to take him to the restroom when he needed to and seemed very irritated when he had an accident requiring them to change the bed sheets. He also complained that he couldn't rest at night because of all the alarms going off, and the communications broadcast over the sound system. He simply begged to go back home resulting in going home before he was technically able. His experience at Advocate Eureka Hospital was a pleasing experience to him. He said that they took him to the restroom when when he needed to go and gave him the time he needed so he didn't feel rushed. Also he said that he could rest well at night because it was much quieter and very pleasant. He said " This is more like something " Also their goal was to help him regain his strength so they provided therapy for that cause, which is far more than he got at the hospital in Peoria. It may seem like there is fewer staff but in my opinion the level of care is very good. This is a quaint five star small town hospital!
