Went to Good Shepherd today for a stress test requested by my cardiologist. What a wonderful experience! The entire cardiodiagnostic team was top notch....professional, informative, friendly. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Sorry I didn't get everyone's name so I could give them all a personal thank you.!!

Came into the ER, we were attended to quickly and given a room almost immediately. Our nurse, Taylor, was excellent and Dr Tsonis was very professional. My family has been coming here for years. Very dependable.

This is my first time delivering a baby at good Shepard hospital. Hands down the best experience I've ever had! All the nurses and doctors are amazing! The nurses are so personal and loving! I personally had Vikki and her trainee Maria. Couldnt have asked for a better duo! They both kept reassuring me how good I was doing and how impressed they were in how strong I was. They never failed to tell me how beautiful I am and to keep up the good work. Giving birth isn't easy but these girls and my doctor made this a piece of cake! Good Shepard has an overall amazing staff and couldnt be happier! Thank you so much!

MINUS 10 for Hospital Care and Nursing Staff. Worst I've ever experienced in my life !!! If you Love yourself or family members you would never ever leave them in care of this facility !! I had Total Shoulder Replacement and couldn't take care of myself in any way. Bed was never cleaned or changed until I asked. Only had use of left hand so needles to say I couldn't do anything by myself. Food was delivered and I had to fend for myself by eating my food by left hand using no utensils. Asked to be cleaned... was thrown 5 washcloths on sink and they said .... there you go !!. Was to spend 3 nights in hospital , have no help at home . Widowed and alone. On Saturday, 2 days after Surgery, Nurse Kayla came in and Physically THREW Me out of Hospital !!! I swear to GOD . I told her I have NO One to take me at home so she said she would call an Uber, threw all my belongings in plastic hospital bags, she had CNA take I.V. out , and didn't care . Please be careful if your on SURGERY Floor. Don't expect to be taken care of. Worst experience in my life. May God help all those in that Hospital that can't take care of themselves or someone else. I'm still in Shock how I was treated. It's not over . I'm going to take this up with anyone I can to look into this hospital.

Had our baby there last week and every single person was phenomenal. The nurses and techs in the L&D unit were amazing and helped provide a great birthing experience. I felt like they were extremely knowledgeable and maintained a calm demeanor when issues started to occur.
Our OB is Julie Favia and I cannot begin to express how superb her care is. We were truly blown away by her expertise and knowledge when the delivery started to go south. She demonstrated her knowledge by still providing the birth I wanted and doing everything in her power to avoid a c-section. She also was a great patient advocate by speaking up for us when we wished to go home after 24 hours (we had another kiddo at home, nothing at all against the hospital).
The nurses on the maternity unit were just as amazing. We never had to hit the call light for anything, they were continuously checking on me and baby, refilling my water bottle, and asking if I needed anything. Very quiet atmosphere for recovery. All other staff members were extremely nice, I don't have one bad thing to say. Highly recommend.
