I took my mom to two of her appointments here. I honestly dread going to her doctors appointments because many of her doctors and staff are not the friendliest. This was my first time coming with her to advocate and I cannot express enough how wonderful the staff was. They blew me away with their kindness and patience. Everyone from the security, nurses, techs and receptionist were amazing. Since the hospital is very big we had to ask for directions a couple of times. Nurses did not hesitate to walk us to our destination and make sure that we were comfortable. I am completely impressed with this hospital and their staff.

Caution to all posting on here if it effects them and makes them look bad they pull your post. So as you see its really a transparency. You are below a 1 star when you BAN family from a patient because your staff didn't like to be called out n now they claim THREAT. Something that never took place. This is not a hospital years ago it was but the changeover in staff is bad.I still am waiting for the higher team of the Hospital to reachout to myself or my mother but till this day nothing my Dads money is good but the duties of doing an investigation is still not done!!! Where is the Administrator cause I'm still WAITING!!!!

My sister is having surgery, and she comes from a large family that is very supportive. Long story short
Our experience with the hospital's physician and nurse was GREAT everyone that we came in contact with was very helpful and caring. All that ended when
we arrived at the OR Family waiting where Maria (front deck clerk) was very disrespectful and insensitive to our family need. Instead of trying to accommodate our large family she threatened to call security on us, and refused to let my brothers up to the wailing area. I actually had to ask for someone in authority. Nurse Robbin came and she was very nice and professional. Thank you
Maria needs to promote sensitive to patients family especially when the family is large.

Some good and bad doctors at the hospital. This last year I have had to use the hopital quite a bit for thing that were life threatening and just day to day emergencies. One or two observations. When I had my heart attack in June The emergency doctory had to be told to take extra measures to save my life.I would have been dead if not for my MPOA. I spent 3 weeks in Cardiac ICU in rehab trying to recover. The staph in the rehab center were super they challenged me to do better every day and they cared. On successive visits for heart releated issues the care was uneven at best. The Cardiac rehabe people were helpful in pushing me up the latter to successs, on the other hand several doctors office were actually filthy and they only did the minimal to help you out.
