I went to this hospital twice in a week for both my boys .(recently moved here from out of state) First time I went it was pretty fast. Got attended right away . Security’s at the time we’re just being so unprofessional, cursing and talking about their lives so loudly . Once I was seen by nurse in front then got sent to green zone (both times for kids) . My second time going for my son different security’s and both very professional, unlike our first visit . Our second visit was such a long wait . I was there for 6 1/2 hours just to get into a room. The waiting room was so packed with people . People were standing outside since there was no where to sit . It was a hectic . I felt like the staff kept calling the same people over and over again . Hopefully they can figure a way to make it more organized. Staff was friendly both times which is something I liked, everyone I met talked to my boys and tried to make them feel comfortable .

Poor service it’s like 20 people in the waiting room and no one is being called. Nurses and doctors are just walking around I just asked when I would be called they told me I have 9 people in front of me. Nurses just said They did not have a physician on staff and the doctor was not calling any one back. They told me that I was better off going to Palmdale regional. Now it’s going on 1:00 pm and I been here since 545:am and haven’t talk to a damn doctor this is crazy I will never come back here again

Ever since the implemented their new triage system, this have gone from okay to horrible. I understand it takes time to learn but my last visit I had an obviously large umbilical hernia and was given a pain pill and ace bandages as treatment with barely a glance, let alone a palpitation of the area. No labs were drawn and they were cold and had very little bedside manor.
I have had many positive experiences there in the past but now it is intolerable.

It is really hard for me to write a negative review about this hospital when the Emergency room was so good to me. The Doctors were great and the treatment was great. After I was admitted is when everything went horribly wrong. I am a cardiac patient and have been my entire life. If I wasn't aware of my own medications and the schedule that I took them there wouldn't have been a problem. The problem was they were 12 hours late and they were wrong and they were not the medications that my life depends on. The sense of urgency or importance was non existant. Ignoring the nurse call for over an hour, ignoring my medication list, thinking they knew better than my Doctor of 25 years and deciding to change my medications. It was obscene the way I was treated after admission. I really should have looked through the reviews before coming to this hospital.

Went twice today, first for asthma. Then I got discharged when I was feeling better. But had to go back because asthma came back and started having a bad anxiety attack. Didn't have to wait long, they were very nice and I got the help I needed.
