I had bladder surgery. I needed help to use the bedside commode. I hit the call button someone said they would be with me in a minute. 1 and 1/2 hours later someone comes in and asked if I was doing okay. No, I needed help and no one came. I have been laying in a wet bed for 1 and 1/2 hours. She went and got a nurse. Who was then nasty with me because she had to change a wet bed. I hope I don't have to go to Antelope Valley Hospital again!!

I would suggest better staff. It is in no way shape or form appropriate to dump a person on the street in that ladies condition with a bag over her head. No matter what she was going through, she needed help and you failed her. Is that the treatment you would expect for your loved ones?

My concern with this hospital is severe. I can not with good conscious ignore the way this hospital dumped a medically ill woman out of a wheelchair and into the parking lot, to leave her on the ground to potentially die. I highly recommend you visit another hospital if you value your medical care.

Whoever made the decision to dump a patient out of her wheelchair in the parking lot needs to lose their license immediately. No excuses, you are expected to uphold your oath to do no harm and provide medical care. I don't care what the circumstances, you treated that woman inhumanely. Many on your security team appear to be extremely unprofessional, as well. Not to mention, the Director needs serious training on how to deal with the public. Absolutely disgraceful. Anyone reading this- just look up "hospital dumps patient out of wheelchair" and see for yourself. Despicable excuse for caretakers. Way to put your publicly funded dollars to work.

Y'all odd be ashame of yourselves! nothing but a bunch of demons running this place. What y'all done to this woman is unforgettable.
