I had back surgery at Arise on 8/13/19. This didn't feel like a gloomy hospital stay at all! Everything was on point as scheduled. All of the staff was so friendly and so comforting. Everything was explained at all times every step of the way. My room was spacious and comfortable. My husband could come and go or just stay at any time. The staff was empathetic and attentive. There was never a wait if I needed a nurse. If I ever needed surgery of any kind again, there is no place I would rather stay.

Only giving 2 stars for the CT SCAN STAFF. She was friendly. Amazing. And DEFINITELY approachable. However the customer service desk/check in desk staff were beyond rude and unfriendly. I was referred by my doctor to head over to do an emergency ct scan. I was given this location. I show up and come up to the person name rahzelyn. She asks for my information and when i told her i did not have them, she placed her hands on the desk and literally rolls her eyes at me, in front of me, for not providing the asked information. At this point in time, She has no clue what type of day I've had. What im feeling. Whats going through my mind because i have to take an emergency ct scan. But for me to come upon her, to roll her eyes at me because information was not presented, was beyond unsatisfactory on yalls part. Being in customer service, you would think she would have a better way of reacting, considering i was in no way rude to her. Just an innocent stranger coming in following my doctor's orders. Afterwards she gives me papers to fill out. And still mumbles under her breath "how am i going to show up without certain forms" to which my response was: MAYBE ITS BECAUSE MY DOCTOR WAS MORE CONCERNED ABOUT MY HEALTH AS OPPOSE TO THESE FORMS YOU ARE ASKING FOR! Just after saying that she looked like she realized something and no longer became confrontational towards me. I am a new patient and i sure as hell did not plan on being treated like that over some forms. Check your staff before hiring.

This is not even a real hospital. If you really want the truth ask them to show you the emergency room. What a joke. Wouldnt send my dog here. On second thought, it would make a lovely animal hospital. I looked thru the reviews, and it looks like some of them are from employees or doctors. Dr Martin Thai posted a five star review about the place he works. What a joke.

The best of the best service in the most laidback and nicest places to have surgery, and not to mention, the best breakfast ever. I am forever grateful and blessed for this awesome team. Thank you Dr. Ruff and all involved..

I had robotic prostate surgery here. I am grateful I did. This place is great, top notch. I was scared to death of my surgery. Everybody to the time to calm my fears, making sure I had no questions. Everybody came out and introduced themselves. I felt like I was their only patient that day even though I could see others getting readied for their procedures. This place was spotless. My room was huge. The medical staff checked on me regularly. If I rang the buzzer, I was responded to almost immediately. But what impressed me the most is the care they gave my wife. We had been up since 4am for a 7 am surgery. While I was in surgery, they gave her updates. When I finally woke up, I remember them asking her multiple times if she had eaten, if she needed anything. They made sure she was comfortable which meant the world to me. When it was time to go, my nurse went over the discharge paperwork completely making sure we had no questions. She showed us how to change the catheter bags and how to drain them properly. She didn't leave until we were 100% comfortable with what was ahead for the next week. They even called me after my discharge to check on me. I have recommended this facility to friends and people I meet. If given a choice, this is the place I will come to. I would give them 10 stars if I could.
