My grandmas surgery was scheduled for 6:30am we got here right on time, it is now 11:30 am and and they are just now getting her back for her surgery!! Service was good and the employees were nice but the scheduling of appointments definitely needs to be worked on. What was supposed to be an easy 30 minute procedure has turned into a 5 hour and 10 minute process.
The experience we had when my mom had a knee replacement was exceptional! Every employee is polite, caring, and goes out of their way to make the stay comfortable. The separate room/area for family to spend the night was so nice and helped it feel more like a hotel than a hospital room. We did not encounter a single person at the entire facility that we were not extremely impressed with. Best hospital care I have ever encountered!

UPDATE: Unfortunately, my back surgery did NOT fix my lower back pain and problems. They have continued to get much worse. Think really long and hard before you have your back operated on.
My back surgery went great. The doctors and everyone else made this an exceptionally great experience. Thank you so much for everyone's tender great care.
i was very pleased with the way they handled everything medically. I had carpel tunnel surgery done. Outpatient surgery total time at the hospital about 3 hours including check in. My bill was $4643.40 before my insurance adjusted it. The base bill from the hospital was $2500. This seems very excessive. After my insurance, which is a high deductible, adjusted the account i still owe $1117.00. I pay my bills, but i was not informed that it was going to be this much. Between the doctor and a hospital visit my total was over $2000. I was there 3 hours or less. I contacted the billing department about the price and was told it is what it is. If you can't afford to pay it we can put you in touch with a bank that will give us our money now and you can make payments to them. I will never use them again and I recommend that everyone get an estimated bill before going here yourselves.
