I had a relative admitted to the ICU and there are no words to describe how wonderful and attentive the staff was. From the doctor , to the nurses , to the desk staff. They were all wonderful and with all honesty I really have no words for these professionals and caring people. It is their job but they go above and beyond. Especially Caleb a nurse who would go above and beyond in caring for my relative to explaining the smaller detail to myself and other relatives.

Most horrible place I have ever dealt with. Dale and most especially Carol in Patient Transfer are unhelpful, unpleasant, defensive and desperately in need of customer service classes. Carol was immediately defensive and disrespectful before I had even asked my question. She should never be allowed to answer a phone or have any patient interaction of any kind. Who the hell does she think she is!! I pay her salary how dare she talk to me that way!! And too make matters worse her supervisor Dale, could care less and I suspect encourages her behave that way. I am taking my complaint to hospital administration. How the hell can a hospital be full and refuse to accept or turn patients away. Asante Medical group is disgusting in the way the treat their patients.

They took really good care of a friend of mine,he was In ICU for a stroke and they were very good and knowledgeable and they are the best.This all happened recently......they all are really good.

Very condescending doctor. When asked if the toradol helped with pain i replied no, she shot me this motherly look as if I were lying,said "REALLY??" in the most condescending tone. Said the ovarian cyst wouldnt be causing pain like that. And then I was sent off. If you dont like your job. Do something else. You aren't stuck, if you don't enjoy helping others maybe you should retire and give it up. Nobody has permission to treat me like that, had my friend not been there, I would have put you in your place.

Brought my wife here for some blood work and the place was really spectacular. The views were nice and the staff were warm and kind.
