They did a good job keeping my partner comfy and calm during birth.

BUT i wasn't even offered a water the whole time I was there.

Its a very stressful and hectic time for the father too, depending on your character.

The only one who perked me up was the c section doctor, he lifted me up to make me see the beauty of birth, and what a magical moment!

I can't remember his name but thank you.

This hospital saved our 31 week old baby. Their NICU staff is outstanding. Compassionate and competent, we could not ask for more. We also had to visit the ER at one point during the pregnancy... they were quite busy and our Nurses had floated from the ICU to help out. We've found that you are generally surrounded by 5 star individuals throughout this hospital and Asante in general.

Very compassionate and knowlageable as well as greatly informative , being in the NICU for over a week with a baby that started
Out not breathing on his own for over 10 minutes there was a lot of concerns and questions. Not only did they answer all our questions but they did it in a way that was easy to understand! They also incorporated us into as much of the healing process as possible.

This is the worst place in the world for care, my Girlfriend has been there for four days now, she has never seen a doctor , not even once. The PA ignore you, most of the RN's ignore her too, it's sad when the only helpful people there are the CNA's their actually great there... The alarms in her room go off all night for her oxygen levels, they ignore the alarms, you have to tell someone, when you do you have to wait forever for service, it's just a very irritating place to be at and watch someone you care for suffer for no reason...
Since the nurses won the strike, there empathy for their patience has gone way down hill...
You guys might have a pretty hospital and a nice cafeteria, but your service truely sucks.
Service wise Providence blows you guys out of the water.

The ICU staff and other medical staff are absolutely amazing and extremely accommodating. The gift shop attendant on the other hand, was extremely rude and unhelful. I ended up leaving the gift shop without the items I was trying to purchase because the lady “hates credit cards without the chip” and didn’t know how to use the credit card swipe feature. After her slamming my card on the counter and being only worried about the other people who were next in line, I grabbed my card back, told her she was extremely rude, and left without the items my mother who is in ICU needed to be comfortable.
