I would like to give a 0 stars if possible. I went for a potential kidney infection, got tested, and got the results, NEGATIVE, within' my 20 minute appointment. I had TOLD them that they was just to rule it out, because I did not know when I would be able to see my chiropractor, so wanted to make sure it wasn't something that could really take a toll on my health. I was told it did seem to be something with the muscular skeleton. BUT that they were still going to send my urine to be STD screened and tested for pregnancy. I WAS NOT CONCERNED ABOUT THIS WHAT SO EVER. I told the doctor, no that is not necessary I do not need that, because I have my annual exam in 5 days and would be tested for that FOR FREE as part of the exam. I was told that it was already sent and as a precaution, leaving flabbergasted. Here I am, stuck with a $420 bill. That I wasn't anticipating. Since when do we not have a say in what we have done? Billing, and her supervisor, AND financial assistance tell me nothing can be changed. I was told "I can't expect to come in and not pay for the procedures". WELL, when I say I DON'T NEED something done, it shouldn't be done. Plain and simple. Super disgusted with all this...
If you are dying, DO NOT GO HERE. Literally the worst hospital EVER. Many people have gone here with serious problems and told it's just this or just that because of their horrible inexperienced staff. Can't even tell if you have a broken bone most times, this has happened on multiple occasions. Not to mention they'll charge you for services you didn't even want, or told them no I don't want that test. DO NOT COME HERE! 👎
I had gallbladder surgery in August at this facility. I have nothing but praise for the Doctors and nurses. I was diagnosed quickly, and Dr. Heyworth performed the laparoscopic surgery. I soon resumed normal activities. Ambulance service was professional and knowledgeable.
Worst hospital I've ever Been in. SUCH RUDENESS AND UNPROFESSIONAL, ITS BEYOND BELIEF!!! I PRAY FOR ANY AND EVERY1 THAT IS STUCK IN THE SURROUNDING AREA THAT GETS I'LL HAS AN EMERGENCY, GOD HELP YOU!! I'M A CAREGIVER FOR SOME1 AND SHE HAS HAD TO GO THERE, WHAT A HORRIFYING EXPERIENCE. SHE PASSED A KIDNEY STONE THEY DID A CT SCAN AND URINE( ONLY NURSE THERE) VERY RUDE UNSYMPATHETIC, TOLD US SHE JUST HAS A 1 MM STONE AND IT PASSED FROM KIDNEY TO BLADDER, ENCOURAGED HER TO GO TO BATHROOM, SHE DID AND PASSED IN TOILET, THEN GIVES HER SCREEN TO CATCH IT! HELLO???TELLS ME I CAN'T LOOK OR HAVE HER CT RESULTS, BLOOD WORK OR URINE. I'M HERE MEDICAL POA! She said eveything looks good sent us home, no doctor there, nothing. The next day or 2 went to medical records and wow! Urine has blood, infection, 17 mms cyst in kidney, multiple kidney stones, one was 5mm in mid to lower pole, questionable calculi, calculus in bladder, other stuff, wth, now she is really suffering!! I wouldn't send my worst enemy there!!Her son made her go when she had a terrible shoulder injury her hand was turning purple, any hospital would And could do a simple blood test for blood flow, no they do a contrast Ct, not necessary and she just had 3 mris not quite a month ago,,,,she said she would rather die a slow painful death than step foot in that place.....ambulance lady commented don't know how much pain she can be having she's sleeping when she called enroute, HOW RUDE, ANYONE SHOULD KNOW PASSING 5MMSTONE IS PAINFUL ANDBITSBAN OBTRUCTING ONE AT THAT!!!! Really nice people.omg...there was a small girl on ambulance that was very nice and professional the driver kudos to her
My grandmother was in the hospital for about 4 days, due to a heart that’s not working the way it should. On day 2 the doctors gave her pills that made her heart slow down, but that made her heart rate go way to low, so they gave her pills to speed her heart up, but then her heart rate was too high. Then on day 3, dr. Dalton came in and said nothing is wrong, it’s just due being old aged, when she is only 53 and when something serious is going on. We tried to go to a different hospital after that, but Dalton would not let us. Then a nurse came in, that my Grandma knew, and told her that she should be at a better hospital and not this one, which we all knew, and now we gotta go too a different hospital in a different town. I would not suggest going too this hospital because they barely know what they are doing, it’s just a waste of time, and the doctors argue with the patient.
