Nurse Mathew was very rude and unpleasant to be around. I was transported by the ambulance to the ER. while in his car, he mad inappropriate/unprofessional comments. when I asked for extra blankets due to shivering, he stated there was none but when I asked the doctor he gave it to me. He was not comforting or nurturing at all. He did it even try to assist me and kept saying, “you want to go home right” The security was also rude to my family. They went to sit in the waiting room and fell asleep. I was there from 4am to like 8am. He told them couldn’t be there if patients are discharged (I was not yet). He made them wake up and stay away. He even shut off the TV on them.Worse experience ever.

Fast, efficient and friendly outpatient services. Polite and respectful staff. Convenient downtown AC location. Sweet Coffee Bar. Comfortable waiting areas. 24/7 security.

Broke 5 ribs in a fall... was transferred here due to trauma. What a fabulous experience. Staff is amazing, everyone we came in contact with was helpful, courteous, knowledgeable and kept my hubby updated on all procedures. We cannot say enough about the professional treatment I received. Clean private room and good food made a terribly accident bearable.

Was in an extremely severe and life-threatening car accident. They saved my life in the few weeks I was here. I could not thank all of the surgeons and nurses enough. I don't remember everyone's name or else I would list them, but nurse Sarah in the CCU was amazing and went above and beyond for me. Brushed my hair, even gave me Christmas presents... the list goes on. There was another nurse that did the same for me, drawing a blank on her name, but you are just as appreciated 🙂 And a huge thank you to every surgeon (Stidd, Bazelwitz, and many more..)-Alexis Ramirez (admitted November 2015)

My father was in the acuity specialty hospital. The staff is top heavy with management who are incompetent, condescending and patronizing. The nurses and physical therapists were understaffed but for the most part competent. Some more caring than others. One out of the two head nurses was a nightmare. Very, very nasty individual. I would never send a family member there again. There is no one in management available on weekends or holidays either.
