Avera Sacred Heart Hospital

The actual medical staff were awesome but the billing is ridiculous. They had me pay a large amount up front but take forever to submit it to my insurance to show I've met my deductible. When I called they first said it takes a month and then when I said it's already past a month they said it will be at least another 2 weeks

I am so impressed with the emergency department staff. I've never felt so comfortable talking to doctors and nurses. They listen to what is really going on and they do everything they can to get you feeling better. They take time to explain things to you and don't get annoyed with questions. It doesn't matter what's wrong whether severe or minor I would recommend them to anyone and everyone!

There good at there jobs especially when women are pregnant they take good care of us..
