I stayed one day at the Heart Hospital and it was great. The nurses were very friendly and informative. I enjoy talked with them. Dr. Fontaine did my UFE procedure and he was awesome. His team of nurses were very professional and friendly as well. Thank you. It was nice meeting everyone.

My daughter was just there after she had a sezuire and the staff was terrible and very unprofessional. My daughter couldn't talk because of the sezuire and was communicating through her telephone texting and it was snatched out of her hands by a disgusting overly orange leatherly tanned nurse named Cheryl. Rudest women I ever met. Didn't even ask what she was doing with it. Then said where is someone who knows what is going on with her. Like there was no one else in the room but my daughter, and aren't you supposed to have a chart that informs you the one that we filled out at intake, some type of pad / folder to take notes ? She was not the only rude one ; Mentioned it was cold and another staff member said oh you should go home and change then. It's 100 degrees outside and we didn't think we were going to have an emergency yesterday...we didn't plan this. No call buttons in the room. No compassion from any staff seemed like they were all to busy laughing and talking about their personal life's . We had to keep coming out to get a blanket ,to get water, to get test results. It was like everyone was there but no one was on duty. So sad what has become of these so callef Healthcare professionals. If you don't have to go here don't!

Waiting time is insane. Too small an emergency room to actually count as such. Should be considered an urgent care at best. My mother was having serious complications from a previous surgery and needed immediate attention and while I understand that a small amount of staff can only do so much- this was ridiculous. They had her sitting in the waiting room with some oxygen- when her stats were at 88. No monitoring, no bothering on checking on her. I had to try to help my 54 year old mother to the bathroom with a wheelchair and a thing of oxygen without any help- the whole experience was hell. Ended up taking her out of the waiting room and bringing her to Memorial. Will never voluntarily go here again.
Nice phlebotomist tho.

Emergency Room is decent. Kind of out dated. Intake staff is good. Drs are just average. Nurses need to shape up. On 1/24/2018, RN Lisa was absolutely rude, uncaring, and very inconsiderate. When asked for the diagnosis and clarification on the illness my wife had, she was set off. Like it was beneath her to clarify a diagnosis. She angrily pointed to paper work saying it’s all there read it(mind you we had yet to be told the diagnosis by a Dr or a nurse). Hostility and unkindness have zero place in a hospital setting. Some people should not be in the industry, and she is one of them. Nursing is all about caring and compassion in which she does not hold the ability to do either.
