I had a great privileged to come to this awesome hospital. The professional ladies (nurses and the wonderful Doctors that work here, I THANK YOU !! I've been to other hospitals in this area and Banner gateway is by far the best one ,that have provided me with such great service and support and professional services. These people are nurses are top in their field and are very caring for their patients. I had read some of the reviews that were posted on here and I don't mind telling you it scared me! But never believe how negative people are! And if you do have the chance to go to a hospital and live by here PLEASE COME HERE you will not be disappointed. I had the opportunity to meet some very wonderful nurses like Mary, Cody, Kathy And Tonya as well as the other nurses and Doctors Awesome place Thank you so much ☆☆☆☆☆☆☆

What a great experience. From the time I walked in in door until I was discharged. Very professional, efficient and friendly staff. All care was explained thoroughly and even though I was very sick I left with a smile on my face and heard a lot of "feel better soon" as I was leaving. I will definitely use the ER here again. Thank you so much for everything.

Absolutely terrible and unacceptable in every way!! My father has been here all week. It took them 3 days to give him his normal Medication. He was over flushed with fluid when I explained to them ahead of time that he would retain fluid and he did. I found part of a dead spider and his lunch one day. I found him today sitting in his own urine with trash strewn about the room and both his lunch and dinner trays still sitting there. And after a week of being here he's had maybe two real showers and only today been given a comb, a toothbrush, and some toothpaste at my request. My family and I will not be back to this hospital or this network for that matter!!

My son's girlfriend gave birth here. It was awful. I've never seen a more backwards hospital. Cafeteria closes at 6:30. If the patient doesn't call down before then no food. You starve. The nurses belittle you for forgetting. Well gee maybe because she gave birth and wasn't thinking on food? While in labor the nurses ignored her. My son and her coach has to get her off the bathroom floor twice alone. No doctors on staff. Her doctor didn't show until almost birth time. They never broke her water and it didn't do so alone. So when it was pushing time then they broke her water. Even when we got there and she was in labor she had too walk about the waiting area for an hour before they even took her back. On check out they said they were waiting for the doc to sign off on the baby. They waited and waited. Finally my son inquired and they said they were waiting for them to say when they were ready to go. One hand has no idea what the other is doing. Don't go here for a birth. Run far away. She even had to ask for pads after birth. No one changed her sheets. One gown was given to her she changed into her own clothes. No donut to sit on. Nothing was given to them. It was insane. I understand cut backs but this is too much.

Absolute worst ER experience. Ive seen my share of ER visits and this is by far the worst. 5+ hour wait time and no sense of urgency. Staff is nice, but nice dont heal wounds. Sat here with my mother, for 5 hours, with an open wound that may need surgery. Even worse, a little old lady sat here screaming in pain (literally) for 3 hours and they barely decided to take her vitals around the 2 hour mark. Which begs the question, what type of injury/health concern takes precedent/priority here? Her son ended up taking her elsewhere. I realize that the time of year, people are sick but the old lady was clearly in worse situation than anyone here. Banner, if you plan on replying to this review with intentions of "wanting to do everything we can to provide a quality experience", a good place to start would be to do EVERYTHING YOU CAN TO PROVIDE A QUALITY EXPERIENCE.
