Kerry, the x ray professional was the sweetest man. He made my night 10 times better. I was his last patient of the day and it was around 11 pm. He didn't rush, he took his time and made me feel comfortable. Such a sweet man. I do have to say though the lady that checked my vitals before being called back to my room was very, very rude. Other than that. Great experience from the doctors and nurses.

For the last ten years my wife has had to battle with this hospital over billing issues. She is a patient of MD Anderson but all the billing, scheduling, and testing is under the umbrella of Banner. They have tried over billing, refusing service and anti customer service when she tried to get any info from them. Thursday was the final straw. I had to take her into the emergency room for pain. Let me just say that we arrived at 10:46 am and finally got her into a room at 10:00 pm.
Today I went to visit and the patient care was no better. The following was observed, wet spot in front of elevator, no one at desk to let visitors in there was 8 of us waiting, pain medication not given, door falling off it's hinges in her room, air conditioner would not go above 67 even though maintenance was called repeatly .
One excuse and sorry after another. If you don't have to go to Banner don't go they are terrible.

Here at hospital with my son. Been here for 45 minutes. He is in severe pain and throwing up. He was in bathroom when they called. His name. So they called someone else. And person takes vitals is mean As he is in severe pain begging for help they ignore him.

I’ve been to this hospital a few times and every time I have had great service and care. I went in last October after I split my forehead opened and although a lengthy wait in the waiting room, I had an incredible experience. The staff was very helpful and friendly and the facility itself is very nice. After a few hours of being treated I was released and all was well. I drove past at least 5 hospitals driving from west Phoenix to specifically go to this facility and I’m glad I did.

This has become our preferred hospital. ER has always treated us with the utmost care. The nursing staff is outstanding! They are proactive, as well as, reactive to healthcare. I've read other low-star reviews that seem outlandish. They treated my disabled daughter like family. I expected less and got more; from the time we entered ER, to the time we were discharged. Thanks for setting the standard in not just healthcare, but human care.
