Thank you to Preston in administration who started my experience here off with a warm welcome thank you to Annie in labor and delivery i was so nervous and you calmed my nerves and were just so amazing could not of asked for someone better you even took the time out of your busy shift to come check on me the next day!! To my Nurse Mary literally the BEST nurse ever! Mary you are an angle! You made my stay and experience so memorable thank you for taking such great care of me and my little Lucas!❤❤❤

I was taken good care of by a competent staff, who were friendly and relaxed. Very impressed by the testing, the doctor on staff, and the experience. Like all hospitals, they are fast, efficient, and you have to watch them, and don't be afraid to ask questions and remind them you are there, or you may be ignored. Typical five minute or ten minute wait for help when you push the button. And of course, now you can count on being sent home unless you are dying on the spot, as admittance for observation is a thing of the past. But that is our current system. My wife's last hospital stay was less than 24 hours, and the total billing to insurance was $30,000. So what can we expect? But overall, had as good an experience as can be expected.

I was in the ER as a patient for the first time in 27 years and spent my very first night, actually two, at this hospital. The staff is great. Even though I was diagnosed with a very serious issue, pulmonary embolism, my coping mechanism of joking was fully indulged. This made me feel at ease as i was scared out of my mind. If I could name every single person, I would. Out of everyone, there was only one specialist that i really didn't care for but he did his job, so good enough. My RNs and their aides were top notch on the 3rd floor. Props to Ann, Mindy, Irene, Miranda, and I'm forgetting some but thank you for your kindness and answering my endless questions. They got my restrictions lifted quickly and I was cruising hallways to my heart's content. Special love to my aide Rayni, she was fabulous! She was empathetic, fun, thorough, and always had a smile and fantastic attitude. I was excited when she was my aide a second time. Thank you all for diagnosing me so quickly and caring for me! Oh and food and dietary staff were good as was my ultrasound techs Elena and Deidre and the lady that my CT scan.

This hospital is decent and the people are real. The care is good. Nurses were nice. The food is good. Mercy Gilbert hospital where we had our last child was a better time. I'm writing this review from inside post partum. My wife and child (in perfect health)have been ready to go home with everything on our end completed for a while. Just waiting for a signature of discharge from OB for my wife to be released. It's been 7hrs of done ready to go, even baby has been discharged . Wow! In retrospect, Its really nothing to complain about because my wife and baby are in perfect health. Just a bit of an inconvenience as we just want to go home and rest and be with our family. Just got unlucky with the release.

We went to the ER on February 9 at 330 in the afternoon for chest pains, left arm pain, left jaw pain. We waited in the waiting room 3 1/2 hours as others with sore necks and other minor issues who came in after us went ahead of us. After we finally got a room we saw a nurse and doctor within 30 minutes and were told a plan. After that we never saw another person for 2 1/2 hours. We tried to find someone and had to hook the machines up ourselves. We never saw the doctor again to get any answers or discharge instructions and it was 1045pm by now. I have been in this facility several times before with good care. I will never go there again. They were horrible from beginning to end.
