Had baby born here, nurses and doctors couldn't have been better!! Room service (food) incredible...cafeteria bit limited considering size. Anyway, highly recommend for maternity!

Not a big fan of this hospital for inpatient stays because it's rooms are not all private plus I just love CHI St. Vincent however the times I have come to Baptist have test done the staff has been great. There Outpatient Rehabilitation Staff is the best. I look forward to every Tuesday and Thursday afternoon for Physical Therapy.

The surgery waiting room is beyond ridiculous! We all understand people need rest when waiting for loved ones but dont turn a whole bench into a bed and leave it when your not even there! This has happened multiple times and it's ridiculous there is nowhere to sit. Beds made all over benches, food all over the side tables and floor, phone chargers everywhere, the list is endless. I am not please with this period.

Great hospital. We had our baby here. Everyone was so nice and professional. Knowing it has a NICU made us feel better in case there was a problem. We definitely plan to have all our children here.

I brought my mom into the ER because her hemangioma count was 4.8 witch is very low, and we made it there at 10:00am and we were still sitting in the ER at 11:16pm waiting for a so called room to be clean before she can be moved, and we were told that at 3pm early that day, but to no avail, so we are still sitting here and its 11:20pm But the kicker is she was just there 5 days prior to today and didn't get a blood transfusion like she should have, so this is a place that make sure they get your insurance coverage information but lack in other areas of services...
