Stay far away from here. The doctors do not care. They walk away mid sentence while you’re explaining your symptoms to them. This place does not care one bit. Save your money and go to a different hospital. This place is absolutely not worth visiting. I advise you to venture out to any other hospital with an actual knowledgeable and professional team. Also the staff kept using vulgar language out loud with kids around. Make sure you don’t get charged for tests or medicine they don’t give you because they attempted to pull that on us. Everyone, but George the nurse, sucks there especially the Indian doctor with the buzz cut, so if you get him just know you’re screwed. Try asking for a different MD if there is one available.

My fiance and I have been here after a car accident and they were very attentive and understanding of how shaken up we were. I had been here once before the car accident and received great treatment as well. Lovely staff in the ER!

Nurses were nice but doctors gave me no info about a hip surgery until i was in the OR, physical therapy person was awful they kept bringing me the wrong meals and when i got them they were cold and stale, so i ate absolutely nothing for two days. They dont own any crutches so if you have a leg injury you’re kinda SOL. Nurse assistants were hardly understandable and extremely forgetful when it came food and drink and non of the nurse call buttons worked in my room so i had to literally scream for someone to come into my room absolutely awful experience only came here because it was the closest and was in immense pain wish I sucked it up and drove to a further away hospital.

Please, if you love yourself and living life. Do not step foot in this “hospital”. Completely unprofessional and rude people who think everything is a joke. I didn’t understand what was so funny, until I looked at them.

This was the worst hospital I have ever gone to. It was nasty, there were bugs and the staff was threatening, abrasive and extremely rude. It was 1 a.m. in the morning and I took my 74 year old mother in for severe stomach pain. I also had my three-year-old son with me. There was no one and I mean literally no one in the ER waiting to be seen or even in the back. I asked one of the nurses if I could have one of the large chairs that sat out in the hallway for me and my son so that I could put him to sleep. I was told that they are only for patients in the event that they are over capacitated. I said "but there's literally no one here" and it(by this time) is 3am. I was told no a second time very sternly. My son preceded to bug me about a chair. I said to my son " no we can't have one they are for when the hospital gets to full". At that point the charge nurse jumps up out of his seat runs over to my room grits his teeth and puts his hands on his hips while blaring his eyes and says "you are being disrespectful and disruptive you need to get out!" I smiled and said "are you serious?"
He said "get out or be put out!" At this point the two officers that were standing at the desk laughing and carrying on, over hear the situation and proceeds to walk toward me pointing at me saying " you have been told three times and if you're told again I WILL REMOVE YOU"! Now mind you, my 3 year old little boy is watching this. This is the example that was set for my son by not only the hospital staff but also officers of the law. Upon grabbing my stuff and heading for the door I began to record the officers. When he realized he was being recorded he changed his tone. You could even hear me say in the recording "that's odd that's not the tone you had with me a moment ago." Instead of putting me out side now he changed his mind and put me in a small room the size of a closet with my three year old. I asked if I had to stay confined in there? He said that I was not being confined that if I didn't want to stay in there that I could go to my car. So I ask why I was being kicked out of the hospital. He stated that I was not being kicked out but I was not allowed to go back into the ER room where my mother was. I was so upset that I was sobbing after he closed the door. I kept asking myself "why was this affecting me like that" after recapping I realized it was because the charge nurse triggered my PTSD. The way that he stood there and talk to me and blared his eyes at me sent me right back into my past trauma. Please save yourself and do not go to this Hospital the place needs to be shut down the people need to be reprimanded and the officers... Well we all know that they get away with murder.. If I could give 0 stars I would. I should have read the reviews before I exposed me and my family to that kind of trash. My little boy even said to me upon the officers closing the door to the room they put us in " mommy, the cops are the good guys. Why were they being mean". What do you say to that?!
