The staff was nice and friendly but the doctor suck because they didn't even come into the room to tell me what was wrong they sent in their nurse so I couldn't actually talk to a doctors . That shows you how the doctors really care about your well being at this hospital.

My husband has been in this hospital three times this year and at all times, the staff was friendly, knowledgable and helpful. He had no wait time in the ER, and the staff in that department treated him kindly and with compassion. When admitted, he appreciated having a room to himself, the facility was very clean, the food good and served hot. While I waited in the after-surgery waiting room, the doctor came out promptly and informed me of the findings. I would highly recommend this hospital!

Disgustingly unprofessional staff. My grandfather was here and they were beyond rude to him he'd pressed the nurse call button four times and they just turned it off and ignored him. There was also another older women on the same floor as him she was screaming and the nurses were just laughing about it I've never been so disgusted by such a place.

DR LS. CONEY TREATED ME AS IF I WAS A DRUG ATTIC EVEN THOUGH MY RECORDS SHOW I HAVE SERIOUS PROBLEM MEDICALLY. I suffer from severe gastritis & anemia. Its VERY painful. I often have to go to the ER. Most of the doctors take care of my pain in a timely fashion. Draw blood for a iron count, even if i think its fine. I have a history of very low iron and need blood quite often. But the last 2 times i have been treated as if i was a drug attic or something. Dr.LS CONEY. IS NOT A GOOD DOCTOR. And some of the nurses working with her arent good either. Took at least 1.5 hours to even give me a cocktail for pain. WHICH I TOLD HER AND ITS IN MY RECORDS THAT IT DOESNT WORK FOR ME. After i drank it they never came back to even check on me or my pain, which im still in. 2 hours later came in to discharge me and politely i told her the med did not work, i was still in extreme pain. She then assumed i ate some fried and gave me a you should have known better and wouldnt give me anything to help. SO DISCHARGED STILL IN PAIN & IRON LEVELS NEVER CHECK AFTER I TOLD HER I KNOW ITS TOO LOW. She stated rudely"GO TO YOUR DOCTOR FOR THAT, which that same night I had to go to an ER in fort Myers and my iron was 4.3. So low I could have died. Was admitted immediately for 5 days.When any other dr always checks my iron. Even a nurse that has saw me before stated i really looked pale and need blood. SO DONT NOT GO TO THE ER IF CONEY IS ON CALL. SHE DONT LISTEN NOR HELP WITH WHAT YOU NEED REALLY. SHE DISCRIMINATELY TREATED ME LIKE I WAS A DAMN DRUG ATTIC LOOKING FOR DRUGS. I ONLY KNOW WHAT WORKS AND IT IS EVEN IN MY RECORDS FROM EVERY OTHER DR'S ORDERS.

Took neighbor to ER today. No one at desk for a long time to receive us. Once someone did apperar they seemed to have a attitude. Not impressed!
