I will NEVER come back here. I have never in my life had a front desk person be so RUDE to me and before I had even spoke a word! As soon as I walked in she was yelling at me that it was an emergency room only. Asked if i had an emergency that I needed to see the doctor right then! I was there for a reason and she acted ridiculous. I regret not catching her name but she was Hispanic. Get a new front desk lady.. she’s worthless! My advice to that place.

Went to the ER tonight for a finger laceration. Receptionist was awesome, got in right away. Nurses and dr Tsalamandris had great bedside manner. Made you feel at ease. In and out with stitches and xrays in an hour and a half.

Brought my son in as he was having flu like symptoms. Huge mistake. They took blood, 1 x-ray, and rehydrated him. That’s all! I wound up with a $3000 bill. And that was after my insurance was applied and yes, this facility was in-network. Stay as far away from this place as possible. Go to an urgent care or an actual hospital emergency room. This place is a rip off. The doctor was not in network even though the facility was.

11 p.m. on a Saturday got us in immediately and within 5 minutes we were talking to a doctor and several nurses who had a great bedside manner and took care of the situation quickly.
