I am being harassed for a payment of $24.84 that I paid in September, for a visit to my physician in May. I have been treated horribly by any customer service reps I have tried to contact, and have been repeatedly told there is no record of payment, yet the money is missing from my account. Anyone want to tell me where it’s gone?? I had to chase my tail in circles to get the statement down from the initial $400 because there is no communication whatsoever between the offices and doctors and insurance etc, and I was wrongfully billed for blood work covered by my insurance. I am completely and utterly disgusted with the way I have been treated and will never be returning to another Baylor facility after the hellish experience I’ve had trying to prove that I paid a bill, which is incredibly messed up in the first place as it was paid online yet the folks over at wonderful Health Texas Provider Network claim that they have no record of whatsoever. I can’t get in touch with ANYONE that can help me and I am beyond frustrated.

I was seen at 3 am for sudden, severe pain in my left side under my ribs. I couldn't even walk and no one helped my husband with the wheel chair. The doctor diagnosed me right away with a kidney stone but said to do a CT scan anyway. The nurse was very rough putting in an IV and then didn't check on me until just before the CT scan. The doctor said my abdomen was clear and it was just a pulled muscle. I was in as much pain when I left as when I had come in. They gave me prescriptions that could not be filled for 4 hours and my husband begged them to give me some kind of pain medicine, so he could wheel me outside by himself. 2.5 days later I was at a different hospital getting emergency gallbladder surgery because of adhesion to my internal organs. I was treated like a drug seeker and given no compassion. I refuse to ever go back to that ER.** UPDATE** So I did the patient feedback and never heard back from anyone. Obviously patient health is not important to this hospital.

My mother was in ICU for two weeks and they could not figure out what was wrong with her. We had asked several times if she needed to be transferred to a different hospital and were told by the doctor that they were talking to Baylor Dallas and we're doing the same thing that they would be doing. After speaking with her doctor we found out that he had not spoke with her doctor once said she had been there. The nurses she had in the ICU were very helpful and very kind and supportive except for one and they are the only reason I am giving a star at all. The nurse she had on the very last day actually screamed at her when she started having a hard time breathing so the last thing that she had spoken to her was a male nurse yelling at her. That honestly makes me nauseous! I also give the RT team 5 stars because they were amazing! The doctors however came across very arrogant like they knew how to take care of everything when in reality they were way over their head and she needed to be moved before she was. We push to have her transferred to Baylor Dallas and unfortunately she didn't make it long after she got there because she was so severely sick but the doctors at McKinney had already given up on her days before then. They should have moved her sooner to give her a fighting chance that they couldn't get past their ego to do that. We should have fought harder to have her moved sooner. We were actually told by one doctor when we suggested something that there was no way that could be what was wrong with her and he brushed us off like we were ignorant, that is exactly what is on her death certificate. I wouldn't wish this hospital on my worst enemy!

If you are not visiting for a couple of years, you will be treated as a new patient and you need to wait for a lifetime for the regular doctor appointment. Even your family members are regularly visiting the same doctor. Are you kidding me? I am not looking for a surgeon appointment. There is no central system (they have multiple branches in 15 miles radius) just to take doctors appointment.
