What a great experience, Dr. Angelelli and her nurse are awesome. The lady at the front desk is very friendly, gentle and kind. I am very happy to find a health care clinic that makes me feel so comfortable. I definitely recommend this clinic 100% and PLUS.
Loved this place."All of the staff I encountered were amazing and so attentive.
I can't remember better treatment from a walk in clinic experience. I was seen quickly, total time was under an hour. The nurse was very kind, my doctor and nurse practitioner were extremely thorough and had excellent bedside manner. They covered all possible scenarios and listened to me very carefully. The doctor even offered his personal number should I have any complications throughout the night. My husband and I were very pleasantly surprised by the whole experience. I don't often go to the doctor, but I'm happy I found this place for the future. Thank you!
So much has gone wrong the past two years, I've had to call my insurance so I could get a $500+ bill dropped to $90 due to improper filing, the remaining amount being their infamous convenience fees. I got charged $30 on top of my $40 co-payment every time I saw my Endocrinologist; my the last visit the charge went up to $50. All Baylor Scott and White Psychologists and Psychiatrists run on a completely different network not covered by my insurance, but somehow the rest of their specalists are fine? Overall I find it disappointing that quite a few of the Doctors and Nurses have actually been phenomenal, but I simply cannot afford their services.
I have never seen such disregard for patient care in all my existence. And I work in health care. We were 5 minutes late due to my toddlers daycare not heeding my request to feed his lunch early. I called and informed the main line I was on my way but late. They assured me it was fine. I showed up to the appointment mere minutes later. And the apn refused to see him because it was her lunch time. I left my job early,l and woke up my sleeping year and a half year old because Scott and white assured me he would be seen. But the providers are more concerned with protocol (even though it was followed as per the person I spoke to on the phone) than actual patient care. I’m disappointed in apathy and irresponsible behavior of the provider (Dr Angienelli, nurse angianelli?) we will be pulling my childrens’ records and finding a new primary care provider.
