They continue to send bills and threatening letters AFTER a bill is paid in full. They have trouble navigating (understanding) insurance billing procedures. After receiving payment, they repeatedly adjust the account to REMOVE the payment, then continue to send bills. Refunds (overpayments) can take up to 6 months and will ONLY be processed IF you contact them repeatedly.
Yes it's kept clean, other then that this is nothing more then a glorified band aid station. The staff treats you like you're a drug addict right off the bat without even bothering to see what your problem is.
Sat in a ER treatment room for over an hour in excruciating pain without being seen, even though I was literally the only person in the ER at the time. You'll have a better result talking to a telephone pole and more sympathy for your situation from a pet cat.
One of the worst ran hospitals I've ever seen. One female doctor acts like everyone is drugged out and doesn't want to help. I've waited hours in the waiting room without being acknowledged last year. Better to get treated at a veteranerians office than here.
Place is a dump, the staff is rude and unprofessional, and the facilities are unclean. They put my elderly mother out on the street without a ride abd before being cleared. She had a stroke that night and was readmitted to another hospital who cared for her kindly. They get used to dealing with addicts and criminals so they begin treating everyone without compassion. Not surprising, because if you work here you probably are on the bottom of the medical totem pole for some reason.
Reviewing only the rehab facility — excellent staff, happy environment, great customer service.
