Bluffton Hospital

I was so shocked how fast I was treated at the Bluffton ER. Now I just skip the hour wait to be seen at the Lima hospitals and take the short drive to Bluffton Hospital. I was taken back right as I walked in. Didn’t wait in the waiting room at all. Was seen by the Nurse and the Doctor shortly after. The Doctor explained what was going on so I could understand and not be confused and actually spent TIME speaking with me. They called to check on me even after I left. Only complaint was it was a little cold in the room but besides that I was completely surprised Bluffton had such a great little Hospital and ER.

Was in and out in an hour!!! This is my choice for hospital care in the area!!! You want quality care Bluffton is it!!

Waste of time. I went to the ER after burning my finger. Dr had me hold my finger in ice! Which actually made it hurt more. Then the spray they used (after I asked for spray because Bryan hospital treated me with spray for burns that helped a few years ago) made my pain level increase from 3 to 9. I should have stayed home and continued with my lavendar oil & cool compress, that helped more than anything they did. Staff was nice. Doctor, not so bright.

After having 2 children at this hospital in their phenomenal maternity department, and I mean phenomenal (I still remember my nurses' names), I returned recently for a surgery. I could not be happier with my care there. Once again my nurses were exceptional as well as my doctor whom I already loved and what little time I spent with my anesthesiologist was above par also. Do not hesitate going to this small town hospital, you are not a number there, they really care.

Great hospital.. Caring staff... Wonderful maternity program... We had all six of our kids at this great small town hospital.
