I had a knee replacement on September 25th, 2019, and I couldn't have asked for better care at the hospital! The food was delicious, all the staff was very nice and courteous. After surgery, even the anesthesiologist came in to check on me! My room was clean. My Dr was Dr. Makhdom..he was wonderful! Very good bedside manner! My surgery went very well! Before surgery he explained everything and asked if I had any questions a couple of times. He really cares about your treatment! I was very satisfied! And recommend him and BRMC. Vanessa

I am hesitant in giving this medical facility any more than two stars seeing how they allowed an obese patient to order pancakes, french toast, potatoes, and a blueberry muffin for breakfast. I am wondering if there is any attention on nutrition or perhaps the nutritionist was sleeping on the job.

Went in for a cut that I felt was open enough that it needed stitches. The doctor told me it was "superficial". They out a bandages in it and sent me home with an antibiotic. I'm very unhappy with my experience. Only good thing was the nurse was very nice. I was told there was only one doctor on. So I wondered if he was so rushed he just wanted me out of there

Went in for a variety of symptoms and was taken seriously. The wait in the exam room was long for being 7am and me being one of the only people there. The nurse that did try my IV went straight for my knuckle and blew out the vein instantly. I wasn't too sure about one diagnosis due to severity of pain and location, doctor listened and ordered another test.

I'm new to Bradford and had to be hospitalized, my stay at the hospital was very good. The doctor and nurses were very nice and right there for my care. I do recommend BRMC!!
