When a boy burns his hand to the point skin is coming off, blistered several layers in, and the new doctor says it's a superficial, first degree burn, it's time to move on. Remodel gave the hospital a nice facade, but money should have been spent on other things. We drive 20 miles away now for ER visits or lab work. It's unfortunate that this hospital is ran so poorly; they used to mostly have great doctors but now, nope.
