Husband has chronic COPD, asthma, and it gets worse every year, so much we usually make 2 trips a year to the er. The nurse helping us first stated we didn't need to be here if he had a nebulizer at home, not seeming to care at all how bad his breathing was. Then proceeded to tell him that ibprophen will help his pain that has been debilitating for weeks. Not listening when he let her know he takes it constantly because he has been in so much pain. Not everyone who walks through the doors of an ER is looking for pain med handouts, nor are they looking to feel ashamed and worse than he already does for needing extra help to breathe even though we have medicine at home. I will not be bringing him back here again. We are sorry to have come into your work place needing assistance.
Had 5 stitches put in my hand, nice personable staff. In an out in less than an hour.
Wonderful experience with staff. They were kind and attentive, I didn't wait very long to be seen, but I would have. It's close and convenient location makes it also easier to access from my home.
Walked in, waited roughly 45 mins but lobby was full. Was greeted and seen by wonderful staff and doctors, very friendly atmosphere. Be patient, nice place for quick after hour visit.
Boyfriend went to er and the er doctor wouldnt even look at him just gave him 3 different pills and told him to go see family doctor and er doctor very rude
